Dr. Wendy and Patrick were great during my root canal treatment! Dr. Wendy is very skilled and personable. Excellent dentists, hygienists, and techs/assistants with the best bedside manner I’ve experienced in 30+ years of receiving dental and orthodontic care. Their admins are also fantastic and make scheduling, paying, and dealing with insurance an absolute breeze. So grateful for this office and their wonderful staff!
I had a great experience at Radiant Smiles from the front desk (Adam), cleaning (Monique), and dentist interaction (Dr. Lee). They didn't try to upsell me on everything, were very thorough, on time, and gave me great advice to reduce cavities I'm often prone to have. I'm glad we found them!
I recently came as a new patient at the clinic. I was very disappointed with my experience. The front desk staff is not efficient at first changing my schedule time without informing me. Later when discussing the details of my treatment billing they were so rude and dismissive. The hygienist and dentist saw me for my cleaning and exam within 40 mins for 60 min appointment. Did not explain anything about my gum health. This is not my first time getting dental work in US. This is below standard of care. I will be looking for new dental office where my oral health is their number one priority.
Usually I dread going to the dentist, but this is probably the only place where I actually enjoy my visit. Everyone is friendly enough that it feels like chatting with friends, which says a lot because I’m not a social person. The hygienists here are all great. I usually hate the polishing and fluoride parts because past experiences elsewhere were messy and the taste was gross, but I haven't had that problem here. Every hygienist I've seen has been precise and careful to keep everything on my teeth. Dr. Wendy is also very professional and easy to talk to. I’d definitely recommend this place.
