I can’t thank Dr. Noushin Mehrbod enough for her exceptional care and professionalism. After suffering from persistent pain in my big toe for almost two years and seeing multiple doctors without any real improvement, she was the one who finally identified the right treatment that made a real difference. Not only did she help resolve the long-standing toe pain, but she also treated the pain in my knee and wrist joint, and the improvement has been remarkable. My pain has reduced dramatically, and I finally feel like I’m getting my life back. She listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and approached my case with knowledge, patience, and genuine care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a neurologist who is both highly skilled and truly compassionate. Thank you, doctor, for making such a positive difference in my life.

I understand that many patients are having laboratory tests today, and I am willing to wait for my turn. However, I noticed that there seems to be no clear system for determining the order of patients. Previously, patients could place their request forms on a tray, making it easier to know who arrived first. This time, the nurse appeared to be picking up the papers randomly, making it difficult to determine the queue order. While I was waiting, several patients who arrived after me and submitted their papers later were called before I was. In fact, all the patients who were waiting with me had already finished their tests while I was still waiting to be called. I eventually approached the nurse to ask when my turn would be, and only then was I called. I understand that she was the only staff member attending to patients in the laboratory, but I hope a more organized queuing system can be implemented to ensure fairness and avoid confusion for patients. I would also like to suggest assigning additional manpower during busy hours. Having only one staff member handling all the patients can result in long waiting times. In my case, I waited for almost an hour. Additional support would help improve efficiency and provide better service to patients.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by the way this hospital handles its billing practices. My daughter received treatment for a fractured hand and had a cast applied. We were instructed to return after two weeks for cast removal, which is a routine and essential part of the same treatment process. To our surprise, upon arrival for the scheduled cast removal, we were informed that we would be charged an additional consultation fee. This charge is completely unjustified. The follow-up visit was not for a new medical condition, a second opinion, or an additional consultation. It was simply the continuation and completion of the original treatment plan. Charging patients for a mandatory follow-up that is directly linked to the initial treatment appears to be nothing more than an attempt to generate additional revenue at the patient’s expense. Healthcare should be built on trust, professionalism, and patient care. Unfortunately, this experience conveyed the opposite. Patients should not feel that they are being subjected to hidden charges for procedures that are clearly part of the original treatment. I urge the hospital administration to review this practice and explain why a consultation fee is being imposed for a routine cast removal appointment. Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend this hospital to others and will seriously reconsider using its services in the future. Transparency, fairness, and patient care should always come before revenue generation.

I had to come to RAK hospital in emergency and Dr. Faiza from gynecology department was very swift in literally saving my life as my hemoglobin was critically low. The Hospital is very nice and all the staff is extremely warm, welcoming and helpful and skilled. Thank you to the whole team - from the doctors to ICU nurses to the maternity ward nurses, housekeeping and kitchen staff - grateful for all their hard work.
