The staff here is amazing, Each visit I’m in and out without feeling rushed. Very clean friendly environment, even the dentist himself is very kind and doesn’t treat his staff as if he’s above them. I’m not afraid to ask questions here and I don’t feel the need to be embarrassed about my smile. I’ve noticed a change within my teeth and I’m more confident than ever. Great sense of humor as well within the staff, I feel like I’m with family whenever I go. 10/10 recommend

Ramsey Street Family Dental treated me with respect and kindness. Here in Fayetteville, unfortunately, that's hard to come by. Dr. Randall has my forever gratitude for his patience, knowledge and sense of humor. I needed an extraction and hee handled me exactly had I needed to be handled. I didn't feel any of the numbing shots, which still amazes me. I didn't give him much to work with and yet, he still had my severely broken tooth extracted in less than 3 mins. I've never met a dentist as good as he is and I doubt I'll meet one of his caliber again. I'm so fortunate to have been recommended to this facility with all of these wonderful people.
I had another outstanding experience at Ramsey Street Family Dental last week. From Jen at the front desk to Liz assisting during my visit, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Sam is simply the best! He is knowledgeable, personable, and someone you can completely trust with your dental care. I gladly drive an hour just to be treated by this team, because exceptional care like this is hard to find. Highly recommend!
I scheduled an initial appointment for a cleaning. The appointment lasted about 5 minutes. They took x-rays and pictures, and then said to reschedule to discuss the plan forward. A week later, I was told I needed 26k worth of work. I told them I could not afford that, and if I could get a cleaning and fix a couple of teeth at a time. They said we don't t do that. Its basically all or none. Wasted two appointments and didn't even get my teeth cleaned. Edit.. Got a bill in the mail today. I was charged $213 for a full mouth debridement, which never happened.
Just started going to this dentist last week! An i wanna say i highly recommend! 10/10!!! As a child i have been kicked out of every dentist an traumatized. After having my son the calcium in my teeth was eaten out & i was so insecure about myself i would never smile. After finding this dentist an getting my teeth worked on today let’s just say i finally found myself again! They are VERY gentle , understanding and really NICE!!! They made me feel welcomed and comfortable!!! Coming from someone who IS scared of a dentist i HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
Dr. Cowherd and his staff are amazing! I will not go anywhere else. If you know what Trigeminal Neuralgia is, you’ll know it’s absolutely necessary to be numbed when you doing anything with that side of your face! Dr. Cowherd will numb me for routine cleanings. Amazing! Jen, my hygienist is the best I’ve ever had!! If you’re searching for a fabulous Dentist, this is the place!
I went in for a tooth extraction which I told the receptionist before my appointment. I took a day off work I went in the staff was not rude but were talking about inappropriate things in the front. Gossiping about patients which is not professional. I went in they took an x-ray had me sit for about 30 minutes only to come back in the room and refer me out to an oral surgeon! The tooth did not need an oral surgeon for extraction. They wasted my time and made it seem like I needed all this work that only an oral surgeon can do which was not true! I wound up at the hospital in pain because I couldn’t find an oral surgeon that excepted my insurance thinking I couldn’t go to a regular dentist for help. The hospital referred me to Night and Day family dentistry which is open late and on weekends for emergency procedures. Long story short I went to them with out an appointment I was seen within an hour and my teeth were extracted within 5 minutes. No oral surgeon was needed for the extraction. All the time I wasted in pain thinking I couldn’t go to a regular family dentist. They definitely got to charge my insurance for a visit and X-ray though. Very bad unprofessional practice. The doctor never even came in the room to talk to me at least to give me an explanation as to why they couldn’t extract tooth and why they felt I needed an oral surgeon. I will never go back there again and I will share my experience with anyone who will listen so they are aware. Pretty much insurance scam take patient in do X-ray to charge for visit then refer out. Day and Night family dentist is way better I recommend that place over this one any day
