Rancho Vista Family Dentistry Palmdale

I haven't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long amount of time. I expected to feel a little judgement (based on past experiences when I WAS getting dental care). But the staff here is warm and friendly in a genuine sort of way. Professional, prompt, and the hygienists (Billy for my initial visit and Cindy for my cleaning) were so kind and helpful. I also paid less than I expected for all that I needed done. My last deep cleaning was in 2018 and it coste over 300 dollars. Here, I get a deep cleaning, filling replacement, and some extra treatment for my gums for a little over 600 after my insurance coverage. I am very happy with my results and my experience with Cindy in particular was very pleasant (though Billy was amazing as well). I recommend HIGHLY! Please note that for surgery, the surgeon is only on once a week so if you have a right schedule, that may be a problem but other than that, I'm impressed and looking forward to my second appointment for cleaning.

All around terrible. Firstly, the hygienist that conducted my initial screening was clumsy. He was not gentle or understanding. Time and time again he knocked his tools against my teeth, really hurting and making me uncomfortable. I did not allow him to attempt to clean my teeth, even though I was there for that reason. I was so uncomfortable I canceled my appointment IN THE CHAIR. After my X-rays and photos, Dr. Vwich examined me. In 5 minutes she determined that I had 5 cavities that would cost nearly $1,000. Instead of asking if I had questions or concerns, she started scheduling the work. I've had the same dentist for nearly 20 years, this was the first time leaving their practice and the new dentists wanted to immediately drill and charge. Dentists are notorious for over charging and overworking and this practice fits that bill exactly. Update: I was informed today that this review has resulted in my family being dropped by the practice. My wife is in the middle of a multi step procedure that started with Dr. Vwich. This is the level of professionalism my review was meant to inform the public on. Instead of reaching out to improve and make a bad situation right, they just drop you. This dentist prioritizes money over patience. Clearly, paying the rent is more important than client comfort. Stay away. This dentist is a trap.

Front desk is very friendly and attentive. Dr.Vwich and Mira are very good at their job, very experienced, and kind. I'm now recommending this office to my friends and family.

My husband and I have been coming here for about 5 years. Cindy and Dr Vwich always treat us well and they are extremely efficient and professional. The new office is so welcoming, clean and inviting. Definitely recommend coming here if you need dental work in the AV

Excellent experience every time. This has been my go to Dental Office since moving to the area in 2020. The staff are warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. You will not find a better Dental experience than Rancho Vista Family Dentistry. Dr. T is the premier standard for how the Dental experience should be.

Great staff and dentist especially in the back. Being in the medical field myself most of the bad reviews you read are people mad because their lousy insurance does not cover everything and they just want stuff for free. They make all types of stories and then ask for money to remove reviews. In the medical including dental field because of HIPPA doctors are not allowed to pay nor defend themselves with replies. I guarantee you, you will understand exactly what I say if you come here. The most honest dentist you will ever meet and they just moved to a brand new office in the same shopping center.

The more major procedures are never fun, but Dr Vwich and her staff are so proficient, knowledgeable and personable — it truly makes a huge difference. Her work has always been excellent. We don’t even think about going to anyone else.
