The exam was the most comprehensive I’ve ever had, and the cleaning was gentle yet extremely detailed. Her entire team is welcoming and professional. I truly felt cared for from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend!

While visiting family in the U.S., I unfortunately developed a sudden toothache and needed to find a dentist quickly. I’m so grateful we found Randolph Dental Care! From the moment we called, their team was incredibly prompt, kind, and accommodating in getting me in on short notice. The care I received was outstanding. I’ve always felt anxious about dental procedures due to past bad experiences and pain, but Dr. Shradha Phade completely changed that for me. She was incredibly understanding, took the time to explain each step, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I initially went in for a regular checkup, and when she found I needed a root canal, she referred me to an endodontist Dr. Novick the same day. I was able to get the root canal done immediately, and just two days later, Dr. Phade handled my crown fitting with the utmost care and precision. Having the equipment for crown buildup right in her office made the process even faster and more convenient. Her empathy and professionalism truly put me at ease, and I’m so grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate dentist. They showed me an image of someone else’s broken filling trying to get me in for a filling. Folks, make sure that you see in x-rays that a filling is necessary. About a decade ago, a dentist did give me an unnecessary filling, but this office didn’t note that or show me anything in x-ray. Additionally, they told me I had a lot of plaque build up and needed to buy 2 tubes of $20 toothpaste (3m product, yikes!) to get rid of it. But then the tooth cleaning they proceeded with was not thorough. Great bedside manner though!

Dr. Phade and her staff were welcoming, kind, and professional. They took the time to explain to me and made me feel really comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Phade's expert skill was incredibly precise and meticulous. I appreciated seeing before and after digital images (in addition to X-rays) of the site she worked on. Thanks to her preciseness and expertise, as she removed the decay on a tooth with a lost filling, we avoided a root canal. I have a filling that feels natural and pain-free. My overall experience at Dr. Phade's was positive, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist and dental staff.
