Procedure was quick and painless. Previous work has been durable. They stand by their work. They have always explained why a procedure is necessary to my satisfaction.

This was my first visit and I can't imagine it going any better. Attention to detail, great explanations of processes and proposed plan, and the office manager went above and beyond working with my crazy travel schedule. Everyone there provided great customer service and I'm very happy with my decision to begin this relationship.

My dentist retired and passed us over to Red Bridge Family Dental. My first encounter was when I called with a cancer scare in my mouth. The young woman listened intently to my long story of what had happened. Showing an obvious concern for me, she told me to be there at 8:00 am the next morning to have the doctor take a look at it. Dr. Carlson was as kind, caring, and helpful as could be, even assuring me that I should call him immediately if the spot worsens. By the way, I don't have cancer. Thank God! The offices are very modern and appealing and the other three staff who I spoke with were also very friendly. I am looking forward to my first official appointment in January.

I’ve been going here for years. The receptionists are always so helpful and kind. The hygienist is so incredibly nice. Dr Carlson is great as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. This office makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. They explained every procedure as they went along. The music selection was very relaxing as well. I’m glad I chose Dr Carlson and his staff at Red Bridge Family Dental!! Thank you all!

Dr. Carlson and his staff are friendly, professional and outstanding in their quality of care. Ive had 3 implants put in during the last 3 years and I am very satisfied. There was a miscommunication recently with a payment policy that Dr. Carlson was quick to resolve as a simple miscommunication. And I realized that I had reacted to a misunderstanding during a stressful life season. Its nice to know Dr. Carlson and his staff are willing to go the extra mile to show their genuine care for patients and make every effort to resolve misunderstandings. That is a rare quality in the medical profession. Definately give them the opportunity to address your dental needs. You will be well taken care of.

This review is from a new Dental Care 50 patient. My first visit was entirely fine, with a very short wait before I was seen, an examination followed by a clear explanation of options and costs, and a thorough cleaning. I did receive a multitude of text reminders about the appointment in the week/days/hours beforehand, but this seems to be typical for dental clinics. I then returned for a pair of resin fillings, a visit that took about 90 minutes. The process was efficient and pain-free, with all staff carefully attending to my comfort. I was encouraged to return should any follow-up adjustments be needed. The cost was approximately $500. These fillings failed to bond well however, leading to a return visit after 3 weeks to have both fillings replaced at no cost. I then returned after another 4 weeks to have my bite adjusted, again at no cost. I was pleased to have such thorough follow-up care provided. I recommend this dental clinic based on these experiences.
