Always a pleasant visit to Red Mountain Family Dental! From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, and Dr. Josephson, everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They send appointment reminders, check-in is a breeze, and I love that I usually get called back early. I saw a new hygienist today, Emily. She was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about different chemicals in toothpastes and also about toothbrushes. I know it's her job but I felt that her knowledge was above and beyond and was a big help to directly address my concerns. I would recommend this office to anyone - and I do!
Always a positive experience with Red Mountain Family Dental. Dr. Scott Josephson Is very personable and friendly and makes you feel totally comfortable about your visit. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a new crown (which is what I was seen for today), I’ve been very pleased by the care I received. I seriously can’t recommend this clinic and Dr. Josephson enough.
As someone who like most people dreads going to the dentist Dr. Josephson and the entire crew at Tr Red Mountain Dental were great and made this a very good experience. They reviewed all the costs before starting so there were no surprises and the hygienists and Dr Josephson were fantastic. I would highly recommend Red Mountain to anyone looking for a dentist
Really wonderful people. I went in with a broken tooth, pain, a lot of other issues, and a whole lot of anxiety. Needed some guidance and sound advice after years of not taking good care of myself. They were great, treated me with care and respect, I felt heard and understood and that they genuinely did all they could to help me. Above and beyond for sure. The dental assistant, Hailey, was very kind and professional. I wish her the best in her professional development and career. Dr. Josephson was friendly and professional, gave me genuine advice about my options and some possible options going forward. I felt like he cared that I knew my different options, even stuff that might not benefit his practice financially. Very hard to find honest advice like that from a skilled and competent professional. I really appreciate it. They also answered my questions and took the time to clarify some things I didn't understand. And it was like that with everybody else too, the office staff were kind and efficient (didn't catch the names, sorry!). I'm in a tough patch in life right now and it was a relief to find someplace I can come for cleanings, exams, dental help, and sound advice without having to worry about being treated like a dollar sign or a lost cause. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, ALL OF YOU!
I’ve been going to Red Mountain Family Dental for years and started going after neglecting my teeth for a long time due to massive dentist anxiety. My teeth were horrible and Dr Josephson made me feel comfortable and was very gentle and kind. The entire staff has always made me feel like family and my anxiety seeing a dentist is gone!
