I had such a great experience at this dental office! I walked in with an urgent issue, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. The receptionist, Lenice, truly went above and beyond. I explained what I was going through and how important it was for me to be seen as soon as possible, and she immediately took action. She consulted with Dr. Choi, who personally came to the front to speak with me. Dr. Choi was able to see me right away, which I truly appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and quickly diagnosed the issue. His calm and friendly demeanor, along with his warm smile, really helped ease my fear of going to the dentist. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional, compassionate, and efficient dental team!

My experience with Reliable Dental starts in 2018 when I visited after not having gone to the dentist for many years. At least 11 at that point. Dr. Choi has been taking care of me since then and I've learned so much about my teeth from him. He's very attentive, thorough, and takes the time to explain where you're at in your dental journey. In the beginning after not having gone to the dentist in so long, it was immediately apparent to the Doctor that I needed a deep cleaning for all of my teeth. My gums would bleed when flossing and I always had plaque buildup that was hard to clean around my fixed bottom retainer. With time, we were able to reverse my plaque and gingivitis, as well as remove the bottom retainer. We accomplished this with routine cleanings by Dr. Choi every 6 months in addition to the deep cleaning. I was also referred to a great orthodontic surgeon who removed my top wisdom teeth that caused the inside of my cheeks to be bitten constantly. In the past, my teeth didn't feel as strong chewing food. It was a gradual feeling too, not remembering the strength my entire set used to have years ago. Now with all of these corrections and cleanings, I can chew and bite with much more strength. My teeth also glow more easily. The inside of my mouth feels cleaner, and my breath is consistently a lot more fresh than in the past. I especially enjoy how Dr. Choi is always there. In some professions, you don't get to see the same Doctor every time, or there is some turnover. Since the beginning, Dr. Choi expressed to me that teeth maintenance and cleaning is a collaborative effort between the patient and dentist. That stuck with me and I’ve taken my dental hygiene a lot more seriously since visiting his office. The appointment flexibility is great, and the staff always does a great job following up with you. The dental assistants are also always on top of their duties and make the preliminary process during the appointments seamless. It is now 2026 and it’s been 8 years since my first visit at this office. I highly recommend Dr. Choi and his team. Thank You!

My kids are on Husky medical and I have been coming to Reliable Dental since the kids were 4 years. I have had only positive encounters with the team there. The staff is personable and welcoming to the customers. I would recommend Reliable Dental to anyone looking for a dentist. There are great with children also.

Dr. Choi was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His Lead DA was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure I felt at ease throughout the appointment. They answered all my questions, walked me through my treatment options, and genuinely cared about my comfort. You can tell they work extremely well as a team.
