Timely appointment with friendly staff.

7/14/2026 I had a FREE appointment scheduled to create a treatment plan for an extraction and an implant. While I was there, I asked them to re-cement a crown that had come off the previous day. It took the Dr. and one technician no more than 5 minutes to re-cement the crown. When I was leaving the technician looked on the computer and told me there would be no charge. A few hours later they texted me a bill for $164.50, I called and reminded them that I was told there was no charge and they said they would discount it to $119.60 I have been using Renken Dentistry since 2021, and this is the way I was treated for 5 minutes work and a drop of glue. I just thought anyone considering using Renken Dentistry should know how they treat long-term clients 8/6/2026 Renken did provide a full refund and I thank them for that. Being senior that is on a fixed income I appreciate them doing this. I am also glad I didn't need to start shopping for a new dentist.

My 11 yr old crown broke this morning. I called the office just after 8 am. They got me at 1:30 today. Fast, easy, friendly and very caring! I highly recommend Renken Dentistry to everyone. They have an amazing staff and great doctors. Thanks Dr Z for everything!!

Went for my first filling and they did the nitrous & it didn't do anything so they did a referral for me. Everybody was still very kind, concerned & thorough. From the moment I walked in the desk person including everyone else I met it's very friendly, personable & everyone seemed genuinely concerned for their patients. They take time to talk to you & explain things thoroughly.

I checked in for my 11 am appointment. It was my 2nd time being at this location. Inhave previous experience with Schon dental next door. My hygienist Ally greeted me. We did not have to do xrays or any other pre cleaning services. She was very approachable and we talked about losing weight, weight lifting, and being consistent with fitness goals. She did a fantastic job and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a hygienist. She walked me to the front and set up my next appointment with me. Thank you Ally, you helped male an anxious event a lot easier to tolerate!

I had been going to this dentist office for many years. Always met by friendly staff members. Everyone seems like they enjoy working there. Procedures are explained well and preventative measures are provided. Also, had Invisalign here. I had a good experience with this as well. I would recommend this dentistry office. They always seem to be up on the latest technology too.

The staff at Renken Dentistry was exceptional for my first visit with them as a new patient. They are friendly, thorough, and they listen and address concerns. They were able to slide me into a free cleaning slot after my general checkup and X-rays. That was awesome because it saved more than a month of wait time for the next available cleaning appointment. Awesome experience all around and I appreciated the transparency about costs for an upcoming filling that I need.
