Love this place! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did they explained all the dental treatment I needed but also took the time to make me feel comfortable and reassure me that I will be in great hands 🩷

The doctor himself is very efficient,knowledgeable and gentle. 5/5 stars. But the team is a mess. 2/5. My first appointment took a total of 4 hours, instead of 2. Prior to that, I had inquired the time span to plan my day. The four hours involved registration, check up and consultation. A large part of the four hours was designated to hanging in the air. Mid way, I have been left waiting for 25 minutes without any information about the further steps. Only after walking to the service desk was i serviced by the doctor. The following consultation of Veronica was not expanding on the information I received from the doctor, just repetitive and did not answered my questions. The slow and soft spoken demeanour made it harder to acoustically follow her. After deciding on the deep cleaning, I waited another thirty minutes, to then be informed that the doctor is taking lunch now. So I must wait another hour. Clearly, this is disrespectful to my time and signifies a disorganised internal structure. At this point I had already paid for the service that did not happened. We rescheduled. The automated system then sent me a message with a different time. After calling, I was informed they made a mistake. Well. The day of my next appointment, I get a text, that “informs me” about my meeting at 11:30. Again a different time than scheduled. Nobody answered my call. They called 20 minutes prior the scheduled appointment to inform me, rather unapologetic but bland, that the apt is cancelled due to a doctor’s emergency. If I hadn’t had paid yet, I would never consider to engage with this team. Now I got an appointment three weeks later than my initial first appointment. I can speak for the doctor, but not for the team. Against all the good reviews and my excitement to find my designated dentist in LA, overall rather messy, time consuming, feeling thrown around.

Love Dr Arash , and Liz at the front desk is amazing and so nice you can tell they really care about their patients!!! We listened to Mariah Carey during my surgery lol and it went flawless .. he is very gentle and professional and I barely felt anything ! Best dentist in all of LA!

I first spoke with Liz over the phone and she listened to all of my concerns and traumas that i have had with other dentists. It was her genuine empathy and kindness that drew me in to getting my dental work done here. Upon arriving, she made me feel welcome, and she answered many questions and made me feel safe and comfortable. Aura who works the front desk was also extremely warm and friendly and very helpful. Veronica went out of her way to check on me and ease my anxiety with words of support and encouragement which i thought was very sweet! Anna was my dentists assistant, and she also did a wonderful job working with my dentist Dr. Navarro. Dr. Navarro is the best dentist i have ever had in my entire life! I have never had a dentist who was so careful and considerate, checking on me throughout the procedure to make sure i was ok. He was incredible, he took his time to make sure he did his best job and he accomplished a perfect procedure with Anna, making sure i felt zero pain at all times and everything went perfectly smooth. All in all, this was the best experience i have ever had with any dentist in my entire life. I'm also happy that i have found a home for all of my future dental care. Love getting my care at this office. I had to have a lot of work done on my last check-up and they were so fair, working with my insurance coverage to get me the proper care for the most reasonable price. Aura helped me a lot with starting the process of financing my treatments, and she knows me by name :) Cindy has also helped a whole lot with coordinating my care. I’ve been seen by the owner, Dr. Arash, more than once. He’s totally obsessed with his work and shares his passion with his patients. All of my work was done by Dr. Sobhani, he was so kind and thorough. Ana is a dental assistant with a ton of experience, I could essentially hear her reading the Dr’s mind as they were working. Totally in good hands. I feel safe and I trust this office. (My previous dentist’s office did weird things like ordered unnecessary treatments and sent the billing person in to charge me before the doctor had even explained the treatments. I did not trust them…. That’s why I found a new office.)

Aura stayed on the phone when we were lost and guided us to the right place. She worked with my aunt to make sure she had the correct paperwork. And when she didn't, Duran help her with finding the correct paperwork for future visits. Aura helped my aunt with her account when it was time for payment. She even offered me coffee. They are they most friendliest dental office I have ever been to. They ensure I was taken care of after needing an emergency care. From the front desk to the dentist they are simply amazing. Definitely recommend this place!

I love this place.This is one of the best Stanley offices in Los Angeles.And all my children and I got braces here and that you really good implants as well.
