Restore was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff treated me with great care and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I have been insecure about my smile for a long time now, I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and attention to my needs. I highly recommend this center!

Dr. Mencini and the staff at Restore Denture and Implant Center provide a level of service 2nd to none. They hit it out of the park every time. I look forward to every visit and I drive over 200 miles round trip each visit. They have a 6 star rating on a 5 star scale in my book.

For most of my adult life, I struggled with a highly complex dental situation, including a Class III underbite, impacted wisdom teeth requiring extraction, and a history of unsatisfactory dental work. After consulting with several practices across the valley, I ultimately chose Dr. Mencini. I am most impressed by the time and care she dedicated to personalizing my treatment and my smile, and I am exceptionally pleased with the final results. Dr. Mencini continues to provide the same personalized, professional experience she offered on day one. She is truly an artist in her field, and I highly recommend her. While this level of dental care represents a significant investment, the quality of her work is absolutely worth it.

I paid Dr. Mencini at Restore $42,000 for the all on x procedure and it was one of the worst decisions of my life. I was put through multiple extremely painful procedures because an implant that she placed failed, went through six sets of temporary teeth during the healing process because they kept cracking and every single time they would crack Dr. Mencini would simply blame me rather than addressing the real issue-her product (she 3-D prints the temporary teeth in her office). So when I told her not to go forward with making the final zirconia teeth because I wasn’t happy with the way the temporaries looked because they were crooked, uneven, not level and looked nothing like the photo that I gave her showing exactly what I wanted them to look like at my initial appointment, she told me that she was going to need more money. When I told her no, Dr. Mencini decided to “release” me as a patient and therefore voided the 5 year warranty that she provides and went ahead and made the final teeth anyway even though I told her that I hated the way that they looked. So , after paying Restore/Dr. Mencini $42,000 for the all on 4 procedure I’m left with final teeth that I absolutely hate because they’re crooked, uneven, not level, very bulky and look nothing like the pictures that I gave her right from the beginning of what I wanted them to look like, they also chipped within the first 6 months of wearing them. I also have before and after pictures to back up everything that I’m saying, along with recorded conversations with Dr. Mencini which prove exactly how she talks to her patients which is very disrespectful and rude, nothing like how they claim to treat their patients which is “like family.” Dr. Mencini is the owner and only Dr at Restore which means that she can literally do what ever she wants once she gets your money which of course she requires in full upfront. So do your research, there are many other much more well qualified Dr’s out there that have been doing this kind of work for way longer than Dr Mencini has been that will treat you with the respect and kindness that you deserve and will actually give you the quality of work that you pay for so I highly recommend going anywhere other than to Restore/Dr. Mencini.

I had the best experience today with staff members including Tiffany who walked me through the entire process with full transparency. Also helped me figure out the financial part of this procedure. Dr Alyssa Mencini, a wonderful Soul she gave me full confidence that she can help me get my smile back. I opened up about my biggest insecurities and I can she and her staff truly care about their patients. I have been wanting to do this for the past 5 years and went to other implant doctors but it just didn’t feel right compared to Dr Mencini. I have full faith this will be the one of the best decision of my life to start a new and brighter journey with Restore Denture and implants center.

From the initial explanation from Tiffany, to the excellent care from Leanna and the wonderful Dr Mencini. I have had one of the best dental experiences ever. I have highly recommended them and will continue to do so.

Scammed. Dr. Mencini spoke of transparent pricing and helped patient secure two loans for a total of $40,000.00 and then, after having all teeth pulled AND steele anchors implanted into upper and lower jaw in order to fit permanent implants upper and lower jaw AND the already health compromised patient going through infections with posts finally, when about to receive permanent implants, was told that the anchors would not hold for very long and would fail quickly due to significant bone loss, making BOTH the upper and the lower case implants impossible to hold. In my opinion, she should have been able to see THAT was the case with the initial X-Rays, however, she instead blamed the patient for the anchor’s failures. There is no way the patient could have caused BONE LOSS so rapid that it rendered earlier X-Rays of site suddenly unusable and not proper for implant hold. All it takes is a good eye with the X-Ray. I simply find it difficult to believe the bones turned bad as far as hold options in the few months before the patient was told they would not hold now they were FINALLY fully heeled. Had it been 5 years time, maybe but no, months. Plus, there’s no way customer could have CAUSED anchor’s to fail as Dr.Mencini attempted to tell patient and I. So, here we are stuck. No teeth. No money. Out of options. Therefore Doctor told Patient lies and stole money. At this point the patient, as one can imagine, was VERY sad and disappointed. When called by the patient AND myself Dr.Mencini, who acts just as sweet as can be, BLAMED the patient for the bone loss that made the anchors fail. I’m no Doctor but it’s difficult to believe any human could CAUSE such rapid deterioration of bone loss oneself in a matter of mere months. It is my guess, that when X-Rays are examined by another Doctor in the same field that said initial X-Rays will clearly show the bones were not at all candidates in the first place, just a guess. This is Dr. MENCINI’S expertise department as well and she should have been aware. In any case, the poor patient begged Dr. Mencini for additional help as the person had BORROWED 40 G’s and was now toothless. We, neither the patient nor I as the spouse could figure out how to proceed. At THIS point the Dr. told us that for an ADDITIONAL $6,500.00 she would now fit the patient with TRADITIONAL, loose dentures. A procedure that USUALLY costs between $1,500–$$3,000 tops as I personally have traditional dentures. Mine were only just over $1,600 and that’s with two 18K gold teeth as well. Hey, I’m flossy like that, what can I say? Actually, my late father had the same gold teeth and I recall many a wonderful tale he told me at the dinner table with those beautiful gold teeth grinning back at me, as a result of wanting to be nearer him is actually the reason. In any case, I pled with the patient in question to seek a second opinion, staying to the person AND the Doctor over the phone that this was not, IN ANY WAY, transparent pricing as first told and as states on the practice’s website. Plus, I was appalled she blamed the patient for the failure of the prosthetics to hold for future usage as well as telling them both that $6,500 was a straight-up rip on traditional dentures and that in fact, SHE should be offering us money back, not taking MORE. I told the Doctor that day,”Ya know, I HOPE SOME ONE IS WATCHING YOU.” Because, I explained, sometimes government entities have reason to watch businesses for malpractice or bad business practices, of which, she showed both in my opinion. She said nothing. Then, the patient made an appointment for the final, new, traditional fitting denture at which time we offered up yet another $6,500 against my wishes and complaining. When the patient emerged and we were leaving I asked,”Did she take out the anchors that she’d implanted?” The patient advised me that no, she did not. Sounds odd to me that they weren’t removed. Anyway, the patient said they were ill fitting and never wore them after that date. The Beverly’s

This office visit was magnificent. I met the doctor and her assistant. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I went in to see about getting implants after multiple doctors had told me that I needed to replace all of my teeth. Dr. Mencini examined me and said otherwise. I haven’t made up my mind yet about having the procedure done, but I’m very much certain that I’ll be going back soon.

Restore denture and implant center is a one of a kind experience. Everything they do is tailored To the individual. They go above and beyond to provide an environment that is comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Mencini truly wants to see people at their best. For the first time, in a long time, I felt hopeful about my future.
