Excellent experience
This office visit was magnificent. I met the doctor and her assistant. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I went in to see about getting implants after multiple doctors had told me that I needed to replace all of my teeth. Dr. Mencini examined me and said otherwise. I haven’t made up my mind yet about having the procedure done, but I’m very much certain that I’ll be going back soon.
Restore denture and implant center is a one of a kind experience. Everything they do is tailored To the individual. They go above and beyond to provide an environment that is comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Mencini truly wants to see people at their best. For the first time, in a long time, I felt hopeful about my future.
I scheduled for a consultation and the "first impression" experience was fantastic! Courteous and professional staff, appointment was on-time with no stalling. The office environment was bright, open and clean. I left with a "feel good" attitude.
Restore Dental Implants absolutely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. The doctor is phenomenal and her team is pure gold. Restore Dental is amazing!!! Dr. Mencini and her staff are incredible people they actually care about you and make sure your journey is effortless. I just got my permanent implants last week and they are beautiful, I can’t pass a mirror without stopping and smiling!! Dr Mencini is definitely a cut above! They broke the mold when she was made. First Class. I am just always amazed when I come across individuals who are genuinely happy that they make you happy! Both the office staff and Dr. Mencini were so kind and informative, they answered all of my questions, even some I didn't think to ask. I have serious dental PTSD and they were able to put my mind at ease and make me feel comfortable. It was refreshing being in a genuinely caring setting free of any judgement.
From the minute I walked in it was great receptionist was quick friendly got me checked in in quickly. Tha assistant was friendly e to explained from stat to finish the complete procedure and options.answered All my questions. Dr Mencini was very good explaining everything from start to finish explaining payment options.
