Extremely long wait (50 minutes past appt time) for 3 minutes of time with the dentist. Not what I expected or hoped for.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! You will not be treated with RESPECT!!!! I asked for my records after I was no longer a patient there and was charged without being told I would be charged. I had a $27 credit on my account unbeknown to me and conveniently that is what I was charged to wipe out the credit I had. This is theft. I only found out AFTER I asked for a full ledger for my records. I told them I would be filing a complaint with the Oklahoma Dental Board (which I did) and they (the office) sent me back some rule saying that they could charge $15 or $20....no transparency here!!! Keep an eye out on your ledger if you ever go here because you might be charged for things that are not disclosed. I will be in touch with Oklahoma Dental Board because the fight is not over. What happened to surprise billing? I guess that is only for medical patients. If so, the rules need to be changed. Seems like the place can also not keep staff. I think they have had major turnover as there have been 3 different front desk people over the past year. Again, BEWARE of this place!
The staff is so nice and the procedure was pretty painless. This was definetely worth the drive (almost two hours).

My experience with Proud to Serve Dentistry has always been top notch. From the time I walk in the door until I leave the care and service I receive is excellent. This includes the receptionist, the assistants as well as Dr. Jones.

Great environment and friendly staff. Recently Dr Audrey told me all my teeth were broken and she had known for awhile and were "probably tracking them" but didn't say anything because I hadn't complained about them bothering me. She said as long as I am not eating nuts or chewing ice I would "probably be fine" and to let her know if I had any pain and she would crown them. I've been eating nuts my whole adult life! What!?! They weren't broken six months ago, or why didn't she tell me back then!? I left after my cleaning and went straight to another dentist for a second opinion. They retook x-rays, did a scan of all my teeth and the dentist did a thorough exam in my mouth and I have not one single broken tooth. Dr Audrey is sweet, been to her for cleanings for 5 years. My advice, trust your guts if something doesn't seem right. We wont be back, I no longer trust her.
Dr. Audrey and her staff are great! They are professional and friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. They treat you right!
