Revive Dental Care

This is place is an absolute rut. Abeera will ruin your teeth and make you feel worse than before. She does not know what she is doing and cannot carry out a simple cleansing procedure. She injured my gums, screamed so hard around them and also damaged my teeth during filling. You’re probably better off self managing, because Abeera will give you reason enough to go into emergency care with a private dental clinic. Super unhygienic, stinky and dated equipment too 🤮 🤢 and molly is the worst of the lot. So rude and uncouth. Keeps rolling her eyes and will threaten you.

Cancelled twice last minute! 1st cancellation appointment was at 9:30am I received a text at 8:30am 2nd cancellation I turned up to the appointment and they said someone should have contacted me yesterday dentist is on a training course… The 2nd time of cancelling was the training course booked the day before surely they had weeks notice to know the dentist wasn’t going to be available and why didn’t they email, text or call me the morning of the appointment day since my appointment was at 10am! I’ve taken two half days off work to come to the appointments they cancel! I’ve tried to call them to rebook the 1st appointment, email and absolutely no way to contact them. The communication and management of the service is terrible. The dentist is lovely she’s friendly and knows what she’s doing it’s just a shame that the staff around her can’t manage admin.

Awful awful dentist practice. As a uni student I have had to transfer between places, as such I have seen many dentists and i cannot quite believe how i was treated today. I came in after having a temporary filling with the impression i was getting a root canal as they told me i needed this... to be told i wasnt - after this appointment had been rescheduled due to them not having time??? when i broke down after days of no sleep and pain i was pretty much yelled at by tboth the nurse and the dentist. as a young girl i felt so intimidated. I tried to explain my situation and they got so nasty with me saying 'shall i continue, do you want me to look in your mouth' i felt they were enjoying my pain looking at each other and giving eye rolls as if my pain was invalid. I have had to take the rest of the day off work and i am in the middle of exams... and all i can say is DONT BOTHER BOOKING. they shouted at me for getting a temporary. filling elsewhere AFTER me having rung for 3 days and it ringing through and to be told there were no dentists available the following 4 days,.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have counted 7 appointments cancelled, rescheduled then cancelled again by the dentist. Today they have cancelled AGAIN Despite the fact I only booked the appointment last week. Very unorganized, unreliable and a waste of time. I don't recommend this dentist

Excellent dentist - compassionate high quality care

I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience from Abeera and molly. Abeera is the best dentist I've ever had.she is always professional,polite, and explains everything she is about to do. I've just come back from having 4 teeth extractions and never felt a thing.And Molly is so professional and polite they both work well together. I would never trust another dentist only Abeera that's why I've been with her for years. I can only write from experience which has always been excellent.

I have had a terrible experience here. There is a lady named Molly who is the most uncultured, unprofessional and uneducated person I have had the misfortune to come across. She creates a threatening and malicious environment for patients. If you value your safety and security, I would not recommend visiting this practice. Most staff including the dentist misbehave and abuse patients. And the absolute worst is Abeera. Doesn’t know what she is doing. Gives bad advise. And has seriously ruined my teeth. The whole lot of them need to be put back in training or find new jobs because currently they appear to truly hate their job which is why they appallingly terrible at it! 😡

Abeira is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and it’s no exaggeration to say she’s transformed the way I feel about going to the dentist. She has an amazing ability to put you at ease the moment you sit down, explaining every step with patience and clarity. Her work is incredibly precise. I’ve had fillings and a crown done by her, all completely painless and finished to the highest standard. Even routine check-ups feel thorough, never rushed, and she always takes the time to make sure you understand how to look after your teeth between visits. It’s rare to find someone with this level of technical skill and genuine care in a local practice, and anyone who manages to get her as their dentist is very fortunate.
