Update 10/13/2026: I had my second appointment with Dr. Farley and his assistant Chanel. He carefully and with great skill and attention to minute details made more adjustments to my bite and it is even better! and the dentures are even more comfortable, and my jaw is in perfect balance. I did not realize these teeth could feel so good. Chanel did the finishing work, also with great care and attention to detail. Gratitude also to Dennis, the assistant from my first appointment. I can now easily keep up my home cleaning program. Again, I am so grateful to everyone at Revive Dental Implant Center. They truly know what they are doing! I had no anxiety and was completely relaxed throughout the appointment, knowing I was in good hands. Literally. 9/21/2026 Dr. Farley saved my zirconia dentures and my mouth! Since I got my dentures a year and half ago from another implant center, I was having a terrible time with them. Inflammation, swelling, bleeding, pain around the posts and clicking and pain from the dentures being over adjusted and able to chew only on one side. My complaints fell on deaf ears. I was so discouraged and filled with despair and ready to have these very expensive dentures taken out. Copilot said I should see a prosthodontist, who has special training, at Revive. From the moment I spoke to Carla, who knew exactly what I was going thru, and followed up with a free consultation and x-ray with Dr. Howell, I knew there was hope and I was in good hands. Dr. Farley took out the dentures, put in my previous healing dentures so I would have something to chew with and proceeded to make the extensive corrections to the full mouth zirconia dentures. His attention to detail is amazing, time consuming and his ability to carefully and gently reform the bite and the dentures is nothing short of a miracle. After putting the zirconia dentures in again, I am without a stitch of pain, the clicking and pain the jaw is gone, the swelling and bleeding have stopped, and I can chew broccoli and cabbage again and I barely know they are there. And most importantly, I can use the water pik and interdental brushes (they gave me in the kit) to clean the dentures and the posts, which I could not do before without causing bleeding and more swelling. I could cry in gratitude for what Dr. Farley has done. And as a bonus, the severe dental anxiety that I have experienced in the past disappeared. No crying, shaking and terrible fear just vanished at Revive under Dr. Farley, Dennis, Christy and Carla's care. Thank you. Thank you so much. Diane Gore Uecker

I was very nervous … Dr K and all the staff put me at ease very quickly … looking forward to getting my procedure done soon ! Went back today had my surgery over a year ago … they are amazing still taking care of me and my new mouth ! Everyone from Carla in the front to the techs who are there to help… and of course Dr Nathan H … who is kind and caring with me .; ( I’m not the easiest patient ) thanks to all of you !

For me I've been waiting along time to get my teeth corrected I'm hoping for the best I feel comfortable with Revive Dental. They gave me very good offer I can't turn down it's a opportunity to finally correct what's been keeping me from being the my best of me. I am ready to move forward with this process.

The reason I had an appointment at Revive was to make an adjustment and get an impression. I’m very happy with my implant and love my smile. They are located close by and the appointment always starts when scheduled.

I love it when you have an appointment time and you actually are cared for ON TIME. Attention to detail for their services are appreciated. I enjoyed the actual scanning so you could see it on a huge screen so you are informed about the process. Staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND KNOWS THEIR STUFF!

I have never enjoyed dental visits IN MY LIFE, and I'm 54. I love the staff because they remember me and are so personable, the facility is beautiful decorated & always immaculate, the dental technology is amazing and pain free, and the DOCTORS couldn't be better! (Especially Dr. Farley!) They aim to please more than any doctors I have EVER seen! Honestly, I truly love this place and highly recommend it to anyone. The work they do will exceed your expectations- I promise you! So proud of these doctors setting the bar high when opening this facility! I wish them nothing but success! 💙 -Bridget Glenn
