Revive Dental Implant Center

The reason I had an appointment at Revive was to make an adjustment and get an impression. I’m very happy with my implant and love my smile. They are located close by and the appointment always starts when scheduled.

I love it when you have an appointment time and you actually are cared for ON TIME. Attention to detail for their services are appreciated. I enjoyed the actual scanning so you could see it on a huge screen so you are informed about the process. Staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND KNOWS THEIR STUFF!

Always very friendly and more then fair. I can't say enough about Doctor Howell, Doctor Farley and Dennis. There all great.

I knew both upper and lower arches would be a process. However, Revive has failed to meet expectations at almost every step. To their credit, the staff is very friendly and the backbone of this practice. My husband was given a temporary set of teeth that he was only able to wear (uncomfortably) for a few weeks before his “pop on” lower implants made them unwearable/obsolete, at which time he was left entirely WITHOUT TEETH for SIX FULL MONTHS. At the “final” appointment to receive his “permanent” set, he was left waiting for the dentist he needed to see to arrive, and his arches didn’t even fit. They told him to come back in 2 weeks - requiring two more appointments and more time off work - and we’ve lost all confidence that the next appointment(s) will be any better. Revive requires payment in full at the first appt, so there is no incentive to maintain a continuum of care, and no recourse when they don’t fulfill their obligations. Watching Revive put my husband through seven months of uncertainty and regret (for tens of thousands of dollars) led me to another implant specialist in the East Valley for my own dental work, which has been an easy, breezy process by comparison.

I am so happy with my visit. Everthing was explained to me in great detail. The staff was warm and friendly. They are advanced and very professional. Im excited about the work that is going to be done.

I am pleased with my experience at REVIVE as they listened to me and considered my overall goal as they clearly presented a reasonable solution to my dental problems. The multi-staged treatment began with the placement of two temporary crowns and finished up with two more crowns and two bridges. They all feel good and look great. I was anxious to see the work completed but appreciate they scheduled time for healing between procedures and for providing me with a relaxed environment to get this done. I am very pleased with the only regret being that my family dentist didn’t make the referral earlier.

Dr Howell and his staff are the kindest people with a genuine heart of caring for their patients. I was 3 weeks away from my final step in the implant process when I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo treatment. That last step was put off by 8 months but when I walked back in they all came to the desk to ask how I was doing! They poured their hearts out with that genuine heart of care and compassion. I was so touched. On top of that they are outstanding at what they do and I could not be happier with the results! Thank you Revive!! I will recommend you to anyone who asks where to go for the best results in dental implants!

Most professional experience ever and I have spent thousands over 30 years dealing with rejecting i.l Plants. I sought help wrong Revive praying that I cod get a proper care evaluation as I decided what I could now do to eat properly as my heart and overall health had deteriorated by my inability to chew As before. I was in tears desperate to be healthy at long last and this Team with Dr Farly spent 2 hours with just the initial consult and presentation of options. Tearful as the experience was? I knew this team really were the experts I needed.! I return tomorrow for more extensive evaluation prior to the surgery . But fir the first time, Ii know I am with experts who have my wellbeing as a priority not just convince my options are few. I will have sweet dreams and now look forward to chewing and working to regain a healthy weight At last instead of losing so much.. Please come here if you want want Expert advice and care.
