Well, I guess Richard only has 5 star reviews because he deletes all of the negative ones, like mine that was just deleted. So let’s try this again... My wife has been dealing with constant pain in her jaw for about a month now. The other night, while eating dinner, her entire cap to her tooth popped off. She had only had it for ~4yrs. We went to a specialist, and discovered that the whole tooth below was infected, fractured in multiple places, and dead...due to the root canal that was done by Richard. Our current dentist attributed the problems to Richard using the wrong drill, and placing the cap on wrong. He called the entire situation iatrogenic. Our dentists very graciously agreed to talk on the phone with Richard...after which richard said that he was offended that he & his work would even be questioned, and that in no way would be be willing to help or offer any compensation for his mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend richard or his work to anyone. What is more disappointing than his poor procedures, is his total disregard for us, his pride, and his rudeness. So now we are paying for his mistakes... Attached is a picture of the tooth that was killed by him, so that everyone can see what you’d be dealing with if you chose Richard’s excellent work. If you would like me to take this review down, Richard, maybe you could offer some sort of compensation for your mistakes, instead of just deleting bad reviews.

Never visited this dentist. Don't understand why I'm being hounded for a review.

I went to Dr. Gaw years ago and was always happy with the results. I moved away, but when I came back a couple of years ago, I was happy to find him still hard at work! Always gentle, thorough, and never makes a dental visit feel like a chore—more like “Hey, I get to go see Dr. Gaw tomorrow!” All of the staff there are always cheerful and friendly, from reception to hygienist to dental assistant. They recognize me and call me by name, which is nice, considering I’m only there a few times a year. When my insurance changed and he was no longer a “preferred” provider, I didn’t care. I was willing to pay that difference, because he takes such good care of me.

Dr. Gaw has been treating my family for 15 years. He is extraordinary. His cosmetic work is art. Best technology, great location, big comfortable space. If it’s an emergency, he will see you ASAP, weekends, holidays, whatever. And he’s a great guy and all his patients love him. Highest recommendation.

I have been using Dr. Gaw since the late 90s! Now, my husband and 2 children see him. We could not ask for a more knowledgeable, courteous and patient dentist! The office is state of the art and the staff are super welcoming and personable. Mrs. Kim, my hygienist, is the BEST! A couple of my family members have high anxiety when going to the dentist but this team makes them as comfortable and at ease as possible ;). I cannot thank them enough!

If dental work could be easy, this is where it would happen. As a new patient, I got in quickly-Carmen was so helpful and understanding. When I arrived, I only waited long enough to fill out the necessary paperwork. The team is excellent-Jessica explained everything as we went along. Dr. Gaw is great- very friendly and at ease in his work. I got a quote for my out of pocket cost as soon as they knew what I needed and was able to get started right away. They were efficient and made it as comfortable as possible for me. Everyone is so kind and it is apparent that they work well together as a team. I can honestly say it's the best experience I've had in a dental office. Cheers!

I am so glad I found Dr. Gaw & his wonderful staff! Dr. Gaw takes great care of my teeth 🦷! He explains procedures, & why you need them! I always feel relaxed & my teeth look better than ever! Was recommended by a relative who loves Dr. Gaw and his staff. I had a very painful tooth and although I was not an established patient they got me in quickly, Dr. Gaw diagnosed the issue and I have begun treatment. I have to say that the whole staff is very welcoming.. I immediately felt at ease and very comfortable with Dr. Gaw and confident with his practice... For this I am very grateful! Five stars!
