Ridgeview Family Dentistry

The company are thieves, went in to have a tooth checked out, was told would need a root canal for my tooth and would have to schedule back later. My other dentists office opened back up with availability so I tried to go see them only to find out this company fully billed my insurance for a root canal and now I can't get approved at my regular dentist for this procedure because my insurance is already saying it's been done. This has been more than a few months long issue, I still have a tooth that is falling apart in my mouth now and in so much pain because they decided to bill for a procedure that was never done. Definitely do not recommend this place what so ever.

Called with a chipped tooth and was able to be seen and tooth repaired the same day. The Dentist and office staff were professional and skilled. I will be using them in the future.

Sherita is extremely rude. I can tell she is mean to the staff too. Total bully for no reason. Would not recommend. Will not be returning. She needs an attitude check. I feel bad for her coworkers.

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had by far. From emergency services to catching up on past due work. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. I never once felt bad about the work I needed done.

Hands down phenomenal experience. I came in on an emergency appointment. Was able to get right in and be seen. Was referred to an oral surgeon who I saw within 2 hrs for same day surgery as well. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly, informative and helpful. Highly recommend and couldn’t be more thankful!

I was in such severe pain I could not see straight, and the office staff was friendly and kind, they were so supportive and helpful, the Dr was fantastic as well as all of them that assisted in my emergency needs. They got me into a great oral surgeon the following morning and I’m doing wonderful at this point. So thankful I came into the office, I’ll be going back for sure!!! THANK YOU!!!

The staff at Ridgeview Family Dentistry are pleasant and really helpful. I needed a referral to a Endodontist and one of the staff at Ridgeview Family Dentistry made the appointment for me. It was very much appreciated. It was a good dental experience. No pain. My wife had an old crown that came off of a tooth, not from Ridgeview Family Dentistry. They were very helpful in working her in to create a temporary crown, and having a new crown made. Thank you.
