Don’t be deterred by the landscaping or outside appearance of the office. If I didn’t promise my friend that I’d go to the dentist I wouldn’t have walked in, but I’m glad I did. The staff and Doctor is absolutely amazing. My first appointment everything was explained in detail, even their language, so I understood what was going into my chart. Every appointment afterwards Miss Brandy greets me by name at the front desk, Miss Stephanie takes amazing care of me when I’m getting work done and Dr. Rigby moves with precision, accuracy and makes sure he is fully transparent and communicates well. As stated absolutely amazing. After 10 yrs of skipping over my dental health, I have found the best office.

I love this practice! Cecily is the most thorough dental hygienist I've ever seen. She explains dental care in detail so you have a personal plan for taking care of your teeth. She was determined to get the stains off my teeth and even called in Dr. Rigby to consult on some particularly difficult ones. Together they developed a plan to get my teeth looking better and boy did they. Dr. Rigby is a perfectionist, which is the kind of dentist you need. For a filling they did, he worked on smoothing it out until I could floss without catches. He told me that they could leave it as is because it met adequate standards of care but he doesn't settle for adequate. He wants your teeth in the best shape they can be. The front office staff are lovely, greeting you with a kind smile. They take care of business too when it comes to wrangling insurance. That was all a smooth process because of them. Seriously, this is the dental practice you've been looking for.

Dr. Rigby is very professional and accurate in his work. I’ve been a patient of his for a few years. I appreciate how he has addressed my concerns and fixed my problems. I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a dentist!

I had four in-house crowns done by this guy four years ago about six months after getting my four crowns they started to turn black. I was eating lunch today and one of them popped off. I had to go to an emergency care dental walk-in, where I was notified after a extensive check up that all the crowns are failing And it’s only a matter of time and pressure in the right direction before the other three crowns pop off, now it’s gunna cost me $20,000 to have them all fixed correctly. This guy did in-house crowns, ground all four of my front teeth down way too low and applied crowns with a margin (gap) inbetween my actual teeth and the crowns allowing bacteria and food particles to enter the crowns now they are failing 4 years later. At the time I was on Colorado Medicaid and I believe this shotty ass work was done simply to collect a state check. Do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere! Cause now I’m facing a $20,000 bill to fix them. POS

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Rigby and his amazing team, especially Stephanie and Brandy! I avoided going to the dentist for over 10 years because of a very traumatic root canal experience. Walking into the office, I was extremely anxious, but from the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and compassion. Dr. Rigby recently performed a root canal on me, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. He is incredibly gentle, precise, and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire procedure. This experience has helped me heal from years of dental anxiety in more ways than one. Stephanie, his assistant, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel safe, calm, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Brandy was also so warm, welcoming, and kind, making the entire experience even better. If you’ve been putting off dental work because of fear or a bad past experience, I truly recommend Dr. Rigby and his team. You’re in caring, capable hands, and I’m so grateful I found them. Thank you all for helping me smile again!

If you're someone who dreads the dentist, Rigby Dental will change your mind. I used to hate going and would put off going as long as possible. That all changed the first time I walked in to their office. The welcoming atmosphere put me at ease and meeting the staff really made me feel that this is a dentist that genuinely prioritizes patient comfort and care. My dental hygienist, Cecily, is absolutely amazing. She is always warm, kind, and reassuring throughout my visits, making what could be a stressful time a very positive one. Her thoughtfulness and attentiveness make a real difference. Dr. Rigby is everything you'd want in a dentist professional, thorough, and clearly invested in the well-being of his patients. I never feel like just another appointment on his schedule. He takes the time to make sure I'm informed and comfortable. If you're looking for an excellent dentist please give Rigby Dental a try. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am leaving this review based off of recent experience that I just had getting a cavity done. They used a new technology to inject the anesthetic to numb my tooth with computer assistance it did not hurt hit numb me with the right amount of medicine localized and the drilling. Let me tell you I didn’t feel it. We were done in 30 minutes. If you need a dentist right away you’re in pain go to Dr. Rigby they will take care of you.

Just finished getting my new bottom denture that’s an implant. Dr Rigby and staff are beyond extraordinary in every aspect. Stephanie is phenomenal as well. Professional, kind, beyond knowledgeable. I’m so grateful the good Lord allowed me to find Rigby Dental. Wish I could give ten stars!

I have gone there several times and even taken my 94-year-old mom there to get her teeth cleaned. Cecily does an extra job as a dental hygienist. I got a couple of fillings from Dr. Rigby and Stephanie and they were both great.

In my opinion Dr. Rigby could honestly care less about seeing patients and addressing their concerns. He spent all but a few minutes with me and then sent me off to what I considered the most painful cleaning of my life. After my 2nd round of cleaning, I couldn't come back for my 3rd round a few weeks later due to the amount of pain and discomfort that my last cleaning caused. The front office staff is also rude and unprofessional. In my opinion they have a sense of entitlement in this office where patients seem to be more of an annoyance than someone they genuinely care about. I do not recommend Dr. Rigby.

Best dentist that i have been to in a LOOOOOOOOOONG time. Cared about my oral health and was NOT overly pushy about otions for implants or bridges. Love going to see this crew. Best front desk ladies ever!!! Doctor Rigby is caring, honest and always available for questions. I have recommended this business to several people already and will continue my care with them for the foreseeable future.

Dr Rigby is professional and personable. He has not only been a wonderful dentist for me but for my daughter and her husband as well. We have all needed extensive work done over the years and he has done an amazing job. The office staff is incredible as well. Thank you so much!
