The practice sees children through retirees and takes patients under the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Dr. Amit Chaudhry, Dr. Raj Kandola and Dr. Shawna Kim keep most surgical and endodontic work in-house, referring out only when a case genuinely calls for a specialist.
Before you say yes to an implant, know what the word actually covers: a staged run of appointments spread over months, not one visit with a screw in it. A failing tooth comes out first, and if the surrounding bone is thin the socket is packed with graft material and left to heal for a few months. A titanium post is then placed into the jaw and covered while bone grows onto its surface — osseointegration, which takes roughly three to six months and cannot be rushed. Only after that does a healing abutment shape the gum, a scan or impression get taken, and the final crown go on. Cost varies widely by case: a single straightforward implant is a different number from one that needs grafting or a sinus lift first, so ask for the staged breakdown at the consultation. Dr. Chaudhry is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the bone and gum grafting that sits underneath this work is done here as well.

Meier Boulevard in Stratford's east end, a newer commercial pocket set back from the main road with parking at the door — convenient if you drive in from Shakespeare, Tavistock or the eastern subdivisions, less so if you are on foot from downtown. Weekday hours run 8am to 5pm, the first Saturday of each month is open, and same-day emergency appointments are kept back for people in real pain. Oral sedation is available for patients whose avoidance has built up over years; say so when you book, because it changes how the appointment is scheduled rather than being something bolted on that morning.

Dr. Kim and her team ; Brooke, Waverly and Anna completed my Composite veneer. It looks so natural and feels so smooth. Dr. Kim took her time to listen to my opinions and completed is perfectly. The girls are so calming, and it is such a warm environment.

Dr. Chaudhry himself is clearly a solid and experienced medical professional who genuinely cares about his patients. First and foremost, they are one of the fastest responding clinics to patient inquiries in town. Secondly, they took my anxiety ridden self in with open arms. They did emergency work super fast and efficiently and they made sure I understood what was going on the entire time to help ease my anxiety. Third, the clinic is very clean, organized and welcoming. After doing so well on my teeth, I brought my autistic son in for his first ever cleaning. Hes 14. No where else that we have been had the patience to deal with my son needing extra breaks. The hygenist was more than willing to explain everything in full to his curious brain and had no problem showing him things he asked about to help him ease in. Im happy to report, his tooth brushing is coming alone fantasticly after the education he received. My daughter also attended her first appointment which went amazingly. I had avoided the dentist for a while, and just kept forgetting to make an appointment. I was a little nervous at my first appointment since it had been so long. However, hygienist, Lisa was super gentle and kind. She was really knowledgeable and answered a few questions I had about my son’s dental health as well. I had a great experience with her, highly recommend booking your appointment with her!
