I’ve had some horrible experiences with dentists like Mason & Mason. I nearly wanted to stop going to dentists. I’m glad I didn’t :) I’ve had the most incredible experience here at Riverside Dental. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff is always smiling, they feel warm and inviting. Even if they aren’t working on you for the day, every one greets you and makes you feel comfortable. The nurses and doctors didn’t make me feel embarrassed they gave me hope. And now I’m looking forward to going to the dentist. Did I mention the care and ease they take to ensure you don’t feel pain. They are glorious through and through. Choose riverside if you want real care. Thank you so much for being there for me.

Easy to work with and can squeeze you in if you have an emergency in a reasonable amount of time, not 3 months out like most dentist offices.

I had a wonderful experience! The woman who cleaned my teeth was everything I could have asked for with her professionalism and friendly nature! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and although she took her time and did a great job I felt like it was over in no time! She said she had worked there for many many years because she loved her job and it showed! She and the others there are why I have stayed with Riverside Dental for so long!

All members from office staff, technicians to Doctors are always friendly & professional. Fortunately rear times where my wife or I needed unscheduled dental work. They have always been able to help us. Great place, I would recommend to anyone.

I went in with a lot of questions about restoration, dentures and the success of it all. They were very helpful, informative but truthful about all of it. They gave a referral for my oral surgeon and are working with him 100% for my best care. I would highly recommend them all! Dr. Balbierz is my dentist…she is great!

As always, my last appointment at the Riverside Dental Clinic was an enjoyable experience. They are committed to excellence and professional care when it comes to my personal dental health care plan. The great staff has provided this old fart (US Marine Veteran) better care then any other care I have ever received through the VA Health Care System. I highly recommend the Riverside Dental Clinic to everyone.

Tooth removal is never an enjoyable experience. Having 2 teeth removed is awful. Dr. Neuman did a great job with my removal. He was patient and considerate to my pain level and needs. The only problem I had was the prescription for my pain med Norco, was not placed at my pharmacy. And it was after office hours when I found out. And being on a Friday, that meant I went the whole weekend with Tylenol and advil. Other than that, I would have given a 5 ⭐️ review. The doctor and the staff were very nice and easy to work with.

Horrible experience, I received a phone call and answered saying I would call right back when the lady said she did not care if I was busy and hung up. When I called back she told me I had an outstanding balance and needed to pay immediately. When I informed her I was at Church she said she did not care. I asked to speak to a manager and she laughed and said oh sure and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked for a manager and Nancy told me that her workers experience rude customers all day and they are told to treat them in whatever way gets them to pay their bill. Well my $ 9.47 is covered and I will not be coming back.
