I always try to leave a review when it’s truly deserved, and Riverside Modern Dentistry definitely earned it. I was dealing with a severe toothache and a complicated case involving a supernumerary molar. After seeing another oral surgeon who made me feel rushed into having multiple procedures done at once under general anesthesia, I decided to get a second opinion. Riverside Modern Dentistry got me in within an hour on a Saturday. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, from the front office to the dental assistant. The dentist took the time to explain my situation, answered all of my questions, and gave me options without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated his honest and professional approach. Although I ultimately had to go elsewhere because I needed to see an oral surgeon sooner than they had available, I wanted to recognize the excellent care and professionalism I experienced. They made a stressful situation much easier, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had a terrible tooth ache and I needed emergency dental assistance ASAP! I was able to book an appointment that same day and was seen for my ache by Dr. Billy(William). Dr. Billy was very patient and explained everything in detail as far as the procedure and aftermath. Rosa was also amazing making me feel comfortable and relaxed. For any future appointments I will be coming to this location. Thank you for everything.

Quick easy check-in with the receptionist. The doc was nice to talk to asking if I had any questions through explaining the process that he's going to do. Overall not a bad experience. The prices on the other hand rip my wallet.

My tooth broke in half. I called Dr. Cho, and got crown the same day! I cannot say enough how pleased I was. He was kind, professional, I had no pain, and he took his time to carefully finish the tooth so that my bite was perfect. It was truly a pleasure to see him, which is saying a lot for going to the Dentist!

All staff here are incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful, best service I have ever experienced! We saw Dr. William and he was very clear in explaining everything and the whole process. Definitely will recommend everyone to come!

I was impressed by how quick and efficient they were—no waiting around like at other offices I’ve been to. The doctor personally greeted me before the X-rays, introduced himself, and asked about any concerns I had—something I’ve never experienced at any other dental office either. Once in the patient room, the hygienist carefully explained everything in detail and went over the treatment plan. Susan at the front desk was amazing, walking me through pricing and insurance coverage instantly and thoroughly. Dr. William was incredibly thorough, asking if I had questions after examining each thing and making sure all my concerns were addressed. I felt listened to and cared for throughout the appointment. I’ve read the rave reviews before choosing this office, and now I can confidently say they are completely deserved. Riverside Modern Dentistry provides service, professionalism, and care like no other—I’m beyond impressed!
