Riverside Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

We came to Dr Eftimie for a second opinion after our first consult for wisdom teeth removal was dismissive and short with us. Dr Eftimie and his staff were wonderful! He really took his time in the consultation, they have an app for post-op instructions that's been extremely helpful, and he has a dedicated anesthesiologist for the procedures, which we very much appreciated. My daughter was very anxious for her procedure. The anesthesiologist was SO kind and patient with her. She answered all my daughter's questions and really put her at ease. When my daughter was waking up, one of the first things she said was how nice the anesthesiologist was, "she answered all my questions", and that she thought the anesthesiologist needs a raise. Even after all the sedation wore off and my daughter is talking like herself again, she insists that this anesthesiologist was wonderful and that she needs a raise. A huge thank you to all the staff who were so kind and patient with my anxious teenager!

My son had a traumatic injury to his mouth resulting in the loss of 3 teeth. The ER re-implanted the 2 teeth we were able to locate and I called his dentist first thing in the morning. She was concerned about a possible fracture and referred us to Dr. Eftimie. Despite being overly busy with surgeries today, he agreed to squeeze us in due to the severity of the situation. Turns out, he was also the doctor our ER doctors were consulting with to determine the best course of action! Dr. Eftimie is brilliant, truly cares about patients, and is highly regarded by fellow physicians. He probably doesn’t remember, but he pulled my husbands wisdom teeth years ago and we were impressed by him then too.

Today I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled and the staff was extremely comforting. I walked in anxious and slightly nervous but they made me feel calm. The surgery went smooth and the Dr even followed up and called me after hours to check on me. I will be highly recommending Dr Eftimie and his office to anyone who asks. Thank you again to all the staff, nurses and especially the Dr.

Dr. Eftimie did an amazing job with my wisdom teeth extraction. I had no swelling and very little pain or discomfort after the surgery. Plus the staff have been extremely helpful and have answered all of the questions I had for aftercare. I never thought that recovering from wisdom tooth extraction would be this smooth and painless but Dr. Eftimie is a wizard.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed over 2 months ago. I want to say how very HAPPY I am with their services. They were very responsive, kind, and helpful. The doctor even called us later in the evening, way past office hours, to see how she was holding up. She did fine. Everything was very clean and all the front desk girls were very sweet. I will definitely be referring people here if they need these types of services. Hopefully you don't but so many teens do.

Every single person I encountered during my visit was super friendly. I would have never thought I'd associate a wisdom tooth extraction with a pleasant experience, but I left with a smile. A big thank you to the person who talked with me while we waited for my mouth to get numb. I was literally shaking and she definitely calmed my nerves. When it came time for the surgery, it was quick and painless.
