Awesome first time experience at Riverwood Dental! The folks in the building lobby will help you find the suite if you get turned around like I did! Appointment was right on time and straightforward. They were transparent with pricing upfront and promptly verified insurance prior to the appointment. Gabby and Dr. Faulkner were very gentle and thorough with the exam/imaging/etc, and the view from the office was such a plus.

The technology was very advanced, and I truly felt like my dental health was in great hands. They completed a thorough cancer screening, an excellent healthy cleaning, and quick X-rays. The staff took their time to ensure the X-rays were captured at the perfect angle and never made me feel rushed. The office itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, and the view of Atlanta from the chair was an unexpected bonus, making the visit even more relaxing. My boyfriend is already ready to switch to this office as well! Another Great experience overall. This time my husband went in for his appointment, we had many questions, a lot of back forth but The team was patient, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. They were very accommodating and worked with me to find the best options. You can genuinely tell they put their patients first and truly care. Highly recommend.
The staff is considerate of your time and work to get you in/out quickly without feeling rushed. The office is clean & comfortable with the view looking out from the 21st floor being so much better than looking at an office wall. The dental services are performed with great care and both Docs are personable and communicate very well.
