I was experiencing severe dental pain a few months ago, and as a person with a lot of dental anxiety and shame, this was not a welcome development! I made an appointment for an emergency exam and Michele and Dr. Le were both so kind and supportive. I was terrified when I was told I needed not one, but two root canals, but I already knew this was where I wanted them taken care of. I had not been to the dentist in almost 20 years. I didn’t have insurance for years, and by the time I did again, my anxiety and shame had skyrocketed. So for me to feel safe here was a really big deal. Dr. Wang and Tasha took incredible care of me. They could tell when I needed breaks, and let me rest. And they were just so kind and friendly. Just did a cleaning with Michele today who was amazing and made me feel so at ease. Diana is the MVP. My insurance was being very difficult when it came to covering my root canal. But Diana fought and advocated for me. I truly feel so taken care of here. I don’t get as anxious anymore because I know I’m in good hands. A big thank you to everyone at Rivery. You changed my relationship to my dental health, and my life by extension. Forever grateful.

This dental office is terrible. They overcharged me significantly compared to what my insurance claim showed, and then told me that part of the treatment was not covered by my insurance. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.
