Dr.Roach is the BEST! He always makes sure to take the MOST care of me during my appointments, from pain management to just informing me of his process and procedures. Additionally, he has such a WONDERFUL staff of hygienists, and front office employees, most notably, Georgia. I ALWAYS FEEL comfortable and supported in some of the most uncomfortable times, because I know that I will be more than taken care of! I’m grateful that I have his dental, “family,” to count on, and wish that his standard would be what the rest of the medical fields of practice would also follow!!!

I came in with very persistent tooth pain. The assistant was extremely kind to me and listened to every word. Dr. Roach came in, diagnosed me, and referred me to a surgeon that I could see fairly quickly. He understood my needs and made sure to prescribe me something that would most likely not upset my somewhat sensitive stomach.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for more than 10 years and have been disappointed in the last couple of years but since I only come in twice a year it felt like one of those why rock the boat for something that happens so infrequently kinds of things. I came and have seen Carly for the last few years who was an extraordinary hygienist. 10/10 she was the reason I kept coming back after moving to Antioch which is not exactly a convenient commute to Green Hills. When I first started coming and for the first 5 or 6 years, everything about coming here was top notch. Like if it was raining they gave me an umbrella kind of customer service. But in the last few years that customer service has dramatically dropped. In the past, if the hygienist (or even dentist) I had originally booked with could no longer be who I saw, I got a call from the office and told they left or had to make a schedule change, whatever the situation, and gave me the option to keep my appointment but have someone else or rebook for the original person at a different day/time. I really appreciated that. One time Carly had gone on maternity leave and no one called to inform me so I could make any changes to my appointment, I only found out when I got there for my appointment. I didn’t love the hygienist who took my appointment, but whatever. And then another time she had gone home sick in 2024 and when I got there was told I had a different hygienist which I understood because you can’t predict someone getting sick. The hygienist I had was the least thorough hygienist I’ve ever had. To the point where after she finished with me, I mentioned I was displeased to the front desk when leaving and another hygienist was standing there and offered to redo my cleaning and she was thorough because I was back for another half hour getting worked on. If the first had done the job correctly, I wouldn’t have needed that much extra time. I told the front desk I never wanted that hygienist again. I went in for my appointment today and upon arrival was informed Carly no longer worked there (annoyed I wasn’t informed before my appointment) and was scheduled with the hygienist I had asked to never be booked with from 2024. I was already there so I went through with my appointment, she proceeded to not do a thorough job once again, and once again I had to tell the front desk I wasn’t happy and that I never wanted to be booked with her again. Unfortunately, this will be the straw that makes me finally make the change to a different office. After the years of downhill customer service and being booked with someone I explicitly said I never wanted to be booked with, I won’t be back.

Malorie is a true professional and understands the value of customer service. The administrative folks at the front desk also go over and above to make my visits as seamless as possible

Staff was professional and is always kind. The dental hygienist was extremely kind and was thorough and gentle with my gums and teeth.
