Staff was professional and is always kind. The dental hygienist was extremely kind and was thorough and gentle with my gums and teeth.

This is one of the best dentist office I have ever been to. All the staff are welcoming and polite, it feels like home. I even got a little welcome gift for my first time there which was surprising. Thank you Dr.JC!

My hygienist, though a few minutes late, was good and cleaned my teeth well. The dentist did MORE THAN just the customary quick look. He actually compared a couple of my Xray films (from January of this year) to what he’s seeing. My issue is with the ancillary staff. I was contacted by text that an earlier appointment was available. I immediately replied and said I’ll take it. However, an hour after I replied, I got a reply back from the office stating that the earlier appointment “was just taken”…an hour after I said I’ll take the earlier appointment. Additionally, they were not exactly welcoming. I do like that this office has Saturday appointments. I was also glad that my hygienist and doctor took the time to take care of me. I probably would have given this office at least 4 stars but I had the same issue with time in my previous appointment. Furthermore, my previous hygienist did not clean my teeth as well. For reference, I try to have my teeth cleaned 3-4 times a year.

Jackie is BY FAR the best dental hygienist I've ever experience in my decades of teeth cleaning. She's not only a great hygienist, she takes time to explain things to her patients, is kind, and was is incredibly gentle in all aspects of her work. That being said, Roach dentistry is not cheap and some of their one-off charges are insane.

I want to share my great experience at Roach Family Dentistry, and Dr. Riggs and Annette specifically. I recently moved from NY and needed to get a filling quickly, and the Office was very accommodating. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in, Dr. Riggs and Annette were very professional and the vibe of the Office was very positive. I highly recommend this team for any dental work!

Thoroughly enjoyed my first appointment with Dr Ahmad. Very friendly, personable and thorough. I went in for a new patient appointment and Invisalign consultation. I knew this was going to be a great dentist to get established with from the second. I called to schedule my appointment to the second. I walked out the door. What a lovely practice this is filled with such great people from hygienist to assistants and office staff.

I’ve been with this practice for 3 years. I have always had great cleanings. I did have to go in to get a dental procedure done and Dr. Roach was the one who did it. He was amazing throughout the whole procedure. He explained everything as it was happening. I even went back for an adjustment and he was such a great listener and didn’t make me feel dismissed by my questions! Thank you Dr Roach and your amazing staff! Your front desk is also so sweet and great customer service skills!
