Experience as a new patient was great. Was affordable enough to pay out of pocket, yet the care and attention was top notch. Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist was extremely nice. The technology they use is impressive and you can tell they know exactly what they're doing. I'm always nervous about trying out a new dentist, but I 100% recommend them after my first appointment. Will definitely be back for future dental care.

Dr Roach stopped on the side of the highway to help me change my tire. I told him about my tooth pain too. So right there on the side of the road, in my backseat, he gave me; a root canal, crown, and veneers. Then he hit the griddy on the way back to his 1997 Chevy Cavalier.

Today I woke up in an insane amount of pain coming from one of my wisdom teeth, I called about 10 other dentist offices with no lunch before reaching out to Dr. Roaches office. Every call I had made this morning made my dental anxiety a millions times worse it felt like but I spoke with Anneli on the phone and after I stated I was having a dental emergency her entire demeanor changed and she just wanted to help. They squeezed me in same day, I was greeted by Anneli when I walked in and she was so sweet and compassionate and made she I was comfortable and showed me around the office. Brielea and her assistant had come in shortly after and took a few moments to get to know me and make sure I was comfortable before taking me to get X-rays. Both of them were great and even cracked a few jokes with me. My doctor was Dr. Riggs and as someone who has a very traumatic dental history he made me feel incredibly at ease and made it a point he wanted to earn my trust. Darren was the last person I met and he walked me through a treatment plan and answered any questions I had. Today I experienced nothing but compassion and genuine concern for my well being from every staff member I met. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone but specifically for anyone who has severe dental anxiety like myself.

I could not recommend this place less. Easily the worst dental experience of my lifetime, here's why: I went in on short notice to have my gums checked out. Long story short, the dentist told me my wisdom teeth needed to come out ASAP, and I had two cavities that would need to be filled soon. He pulled the two wisdom teeth on my right side that same day, and as he pulled the bottom tooth out of my gums, he DROPPED it into my throat. He then asked me to SWALLOW my tooth, and proceeded to take extra X-rays to make sure it didn't get stuck. They sent me out of the door completely numb in one side of my face, a wisdom tooth supposedly in my stomach, with an appointment in two weeks to get the other two pulled and two "cavities" filled (I've never had a cavity in my life). So, naturally after this traumatizing experience and Roach Family Dentistry, I went to get a second opinion. The second dentist I saw was appalled at what had happened to me, and also informed me that I didn't have ONE SINGLE CAVITY in my mouth. Please, save your time and money. This practice is irresponsible, untrustworthy, and money-hungry.

TEN STARS all around! My husband and I have been going to Dr.Roach for over ten years now and have nothing but amazing experiences with him and the whole team at Dr.Roach Family Dentistry! The work they do is great quality and they pay extra attention to your concerns and questions. We recently started taking our toddlers to them, and they are excellent with children as well. Huge shout out to Terri as she has been our hygienist for several years now and she is beyond kind and caring. She knows how to really make you feel comfortable during any procedure!

The level of professionalism and patient centered care this practice exhibits is unmatched. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentists, everyone in the office was kind, helpful, respectful, and just pleasant. They staff here set themselves apart from others in their industry by taking time to get to know their patient and making sure he/she is always comfortable and informed. When a new staff member entered the room, they even updated that person on the patient’s ‘fun facts’ that had come up in conversation. Incredible experience in a place that normally can cause so much anxiety for the average person. Awesome job, I’ll be back and not just because I need fillings.

The group at Roach Family are always remarkable, friendly, and responsive. Dr. Ahmad and Leah take the best care of me (and others, I am sure). Any information or answers I need are timely - usually immediate, and they are always willing to clarify anything I need more information about. I've never known this level of excellence at another dental office, and I always look forward to my appointments! I appreciate the measures they are taking to be compliant with COVID guidelines and ensuring the safety of their staff and patients.

Dr. Waqas Ahmad, Hannah, and Jackie, one of the dental hygienists, were amazing. Dr. Ahmad I’ve known for a long time and I trust him to be upfront and honest with me. He advised me that I needed deep cleaning and he explained and showed me why I needed deep cleaning. He was detailed in his dentistry skills. Also, he was able to do a filing and made sure I didn’t have any sensitivity issues. Jackie, the dental hygienist was amazing as well. Never had someone who actually is very empathetic and understanding In terms of dentistry and customer service. She made sure I was comfortable and she gave me great advice. Overall I recommend Roach family dentistry and the staff.
