Rock House Dental Practice - Best Dental Clinic in Chester reassure, explain, advise, discuss, treat, care and deliver the right outcomes. Most important of all, we listen. The practice will  be open from 8.30 am to 1 pm on a Monday and a Friday and from 8.30 to 5.30 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until further notice  as we ease our way in to the necessary new working practices. Covid 19 The practice  has  re-opened  and we are now able to start “routine treatments” and  emergencies that may occur. If you have had appointments cancelled between March  and July and have not yet been contacted please call the practice on 01244 332162 to rearrange your appointments (please note there are no hygienists working yet) The dentists are perfectly happy to perform your hygienist treatment ! Please be aware that we are reduced to 25 to 30% capacity as a result of  the measures we have implemented to ensure your safety this has also made it necessary to apply a £30 Covid supplement fee to treatments where the highest level of PPE protection is necessary. Again we are extremely grateful for your continued support, patience and understanding in this difficult time !!!! Please read the following before attending the practice : We hope to resume  hygienist appointments as soon as  it is appropriate to do so. There are certain changes you will notice  at the practice we have introduced to protect you and the staff. we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in complying with these modifications and the following rules : Please do not enter the practice unless you have a prearranged appointment made by telephone or email Wait outside or in your car before being INVITED in (so as to avoid any unnecessary contact with other patients and telephone the practice from outside to let us know you have arrived .
