I been here a few times. First was accident (made the appointment but thought somewhere else). Now this is where I will always go. Such a nice staff and Dr. Dougherty takes the time to explain things.
My wife and I had early appointments. She went first. We got our teeth cleaned by the same lady. She was great. Got busy and got it done. Asked several times if I needed to stop, was anything hurting and visited with me. Talking to me helped me stay calm during the cleaning process. Been using this dentist for years never had a bad visit.
I’m terrified of going to the dentist. Haven’t been in at least 5 years. I was so nervous going today, but the staff here made me feel at ease and were so gentle and kind. I truly appreciated that. The provider was knowledgeable and really spent time brain storming on how he can help me. Will absolutely be back. Great team here.
Great service. Dougherty is very thorough in explaining procedures and options. The staff is friendly and efficient. I find it funny that they do not tell you how much you "pay", but how much you are "investing"... Psychology, I guess, but still funny.
