My daughter is a newer patient at Romani orthodontics and we cannot say enough about them. The staff is amazing and very welcoming! My daughter was nervous at first about getting braces but the staff made her feel so comfortable that she looks forward to coming into the office now! We highly recommend this office and give it a 10 out of 10!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kristen Romani and the entire team at Romani Orthodontics in East Providence! My daughter, Mackenzie, started Phase 1 treatment back in February 2024 when she was almost 9 years old. She had severe crowding, and without intervention, we were looking at potential tooth extractions just to make room for her canine teeth. Dr. Romani put her in upper braces and a lower lingual arch with orthopedic headgear therapy for a little over a year. The results were amazing, but what truly blew me away was the environment. Dr. Romani and her staff made Mackenzie feel so excited and welcomed that when her Phase 1 braces finally came off, she actually cried because she wanted them back on! Fast forward two years later, and we are back for Phase 2, which includes upper and lower braces along with a Herbst functional appliance. Because of the fantastic foundation laid in Phase 1, Mackenzie isn’t scared of the hardware at all. In fact, she was so excited that she wanted her braces put back on that very same day! She genuinely looks forward to her next appointment. As a working parent trying to balance the chaotic daily juggle of school events, appointments, and work life, I am so grateful for how smoothly this practice runs. Romani Orthodontics always sends plenty of helpful appointment reminders, the waiting room is incredibly comfortable, and the staff is consistently pleasant. They always take the time to thoroughly answer every single question or concern we have. A special shout-out to Stacey, the treatment coordinator! She has the absolute best personality, always makes us laugh, and makes the logistical side of things a breeze. If you are looking for top-notch orthodontic care wrapped in a warm, fun, and stress-free environment, look no further than Dr. Romani!

Dr Romani and his the whole team have been wondering during our last 2 years. My oldest started with phase 1 of his braces journey and now we are starting middle son. The boys never push back coming to this office. I have a third son who will most likely need to join this office in the future and I have no hesitation coming here for his orthodontist treatments either.

I had a great experience during my Invisalign consultation. From the very beginning, the process was easy to schedule, and the entire visit was welcoming, professional, and informative. The team took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and made sure I understood what to expect moving forward. A special thank you to Stacey, the treatment coordinator, who was absolutely wonderful throughout my visit. She took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, never making me feel rushed, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with the information provided. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this orthodontic office to anyone considering Invisalign or orthodontic treatment.

We had a great experience with Romani orthodontics. They were straight forward from the consultation day to the end of our daughter’s plan. She is almost done with her first round of braces and we couldn’t be happier with the Dr.Romani’s knowledge and the rest of the team she worked with through the year.

Great ortho office, we used them for both kids and everything was excellent. Kuddos to their finance office especially, always helpful and flexible. As a bonus, the office is always thematically decorated!

If you are looking for treatment, I highly recommend Romani Orthodontics. The staff is always friendly when I am there and Dr.Romani truly cares about her patients. The office is modern and very clean and now has a coffee station for parents to enjoy while their children are being seen for appointments. I trust the work of Dr.Romani, a highly trained, board certified Orthodontist. She always answers any questions I have and goes above and beyond for her patients!

At 40 years old, I had been living with an impacted canine, a retained baby tooth, and crowding on the bottom. Because of the impacted tooth, I needed an implant— and the whole situation felt overwhelming after putting it off for so many years. Dr. Romani did what she does best and completely transformed my smile! She walked me through every step of the process, made sure I was comfortable, and delivered incredible results. I now have the most beautiful smile EVER! I constantly get compliments about my smile, and I finally feel confident showing it off. I’m beyond grateful for her expertise and care. Highly recommend!

I wasn't happy when my dentist said I should see an orthodontist (I'm 60) because my teeth were shifting. After a couple of years and more shifting, I called Romani Orthodontics because he told me it was where he sent his kids (if it's good enough for a dentist's kids.....). I was given the option of braces or Invisalign (no brainer) but what really sold me on Invisalign was the technology Dr Romani uses in her practice, her Diamond-level provider status and her thoughtful consult. She is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I am halfway through my treatment and already notice a huge difference in my bite and appearance that I am really happy with. I'm definitely glad I'm doing this and look forward to a smile I can be proud of. It doesn't hurt that the office is immaculate and her staff is great (they told me that there is over 100 years of experience between all of the assistants, not including Drs Romani and Collins). Highly recommend!!

This place is absolutely amazing. Dr. Romani and her team are absolutely incredible and very efficient. I had really bad teeth, and not sure what to do. But the process to getting my teeth straight was actually so easy. From the first appointment and paper work. To the last appointment finally taking off my attachments for my Invisalign and seeing my teeth. Sometimes I had an attachment fall off and they had no problem helping me get that fixed right away. Payments are super easy and they work with you on that too. They’re super flexible with scheduling and very sweet and understanding. I can’t express how much I appreciate their work and getting my teeth fixed, and it took 30 weeks. You might think it’s long but it flies by and before you know it, your teeth are better. Always nice having checkups and updates with them. You can easily text them too which makes it super easy to get in contact. Such a pretty interior too. Thank you Dr. Romani and your team. I’m very satisfied and grateful to have worked with you.
