Very Unsafe and Unprofessional Dental Care: This has been one of the most disturbing and unsafe dental experiences I have ever had, and I strongly urge potential patients to reconsider before going to this clinic. I attended on a Sunday due to an emergency and severe pain, without checking reviews in advance. What I found was a shock: the treatment rooms I saw (including those of Dr Abu Bakar and Dr Rona) were extremely messy and disorganized, with boxes, bottles and papers scattered everywhere. This chaotic environment gave a very serious and immediate concern about hygiene and basic standards of care. In my view, no patient should have to accept treatment in such conditions. Despite clear inflammation visible on the X‑ray and my repeated statements that I was in significant pain, both doctors pushed to begin invasive treatment straight away instead of first addressing the infection and pain. From my many past dental visits, I have never seen a responsible dentist proceed like this on an actively infected tooth. Their attitude felt driven by a commercial mindset rather than genuine concern for my health. When Dr Rona attempted to remove the crown, the procedure quickly turned into a highly traumatic experience. The pain was extreme; I was close to crying and fainting while she struggled for several minutes. The crown was broken into pieces, she was unable to complete the removal, and I had to insist that she stop. I left with the tooth open and exposed, at clear risk of further infection and inflammation because it cannot be properly covered. In the end, the only advice offered was to “use mouthwash,” which I found completely insufficient given the severity of the situation. I left this clinic feeling deeply alarmed by their hygiene, their level of professionalism, and their overall approach to patient care, and I will be seeking proper treatment elsewhere. Based on my experience and the other negative reviews I have since read, I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic to anyone and would strongly advise others to look for a safer, more professional alternative.
