Dr Taylor is amazing, I absolutely hate dentists and avoid them, but him and his assistant Julia made me feel comfortable, I didn’t feel judged that I hadn’t been to a dentist in years. It was amazing, I am cash pay no insurance and they are so reasonable in cost, totally upfront and completely transparent. I highly recommend!!!

i once gave this place a 5 star review, because of how much they care for their patients. Yet they got a new owner, who said they don’t accept payment plans no more. I never even got told this until it was time for the appointment. These new people who run this place don’t remember times of the schedule appointment. I have numerous texts, voicemails and their own recordings I told them to replay, they canceled my appointments twice, yet they don’t know anything about my appointments being moved. These new people have no idea how to help. I came here because I struggle with money and payment plans were affordable. I also came here because of the old people who worked here, actually did they best to help me out. These new people just want their money upfront. That’s what they care about now. Money. Not that ima patient who’s paid 6-7k just last year at this dentist who’s struggling to eat at the moment. They care more about money, than trying to keep a good paying patient who’s spoke highly for years about this place. Never, will I come to this dentist, ever again.

Moved here from Maui , had no dentist . My implant crown was loose so I called Dr Seth . They got me in so fast , took care of my problem . The staff went over and beyond . Hunting down 3 dentist on Maui who worked on me 10 years ago. Wow .. 🤩 Thanks so much for all your hard work. I now am a happy member . Fantastic work and care . Diane Miller

I want to give a big thank you to roots dental and their staff for making my wisdom tooth removal quick and easy it was not painful at all and also thank you to María for getting me checked in quick and easy and Carlos for helping me get ready for the removal of my tooth and doctor huish for being the one to remove the tooth which he was amazing and has the magic touch

My husband and I both went here for the first time. We are moving out of the country and they got us in fast and did an amazing job. Their staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They also run a great special for people without dental insurance. $139.00 for X-rays, exam, and two cleanings! Such a deal.

Dr. Taylor is THE best, most caring Dentist I've ever seen! He explained all treatment options thoroughly and the end result of his hard work is perfection...I couldn't be happier! His assistant, Brooke, was very sweet and helpful..they worked great as a team! I highly recommend this office!

Five stars! I am currently getting dental implants with Dr. Huish and Dr. Ramsey and the experience has been superior. Charlotte at the front desk is so friendly and kind and makes scheduling easy, the dental assistants are incredibly comforting. The entire team is extremely patient and they will work with me until I am completely satisfied with my new smile. I highly recommend this amazing team.

One of the things that has stood out most to me about Dr. Taylor Swallow is his attention to detail and the level of precision he brings to his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way and creating the best possible outcome for each patient. As we’ve gone through treatment for our daughters and my wife, I’ve been consistently impressed by how thorough and focused he is. He takes time to carefully evaluate every aspect of treatment, explains things clearly, and approaches each step with intention and expertise. Nothing ever feels rushed or overlooked. We originally came in seeking airway-focused treatment and expansion, and it’s been incredible to see the improvements—not just aesthetically, but in breathing, sleep quality, jaw development, and overall health. The changes have been significant, and it’s obvious there is a high level of skill and planning behind the results. Dr. Taylor combines technical excellence with genuine care for his patients, which is a rare combination. We’ve felt confident throughout the entire process that our family is in very capable hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for dental care that is thoughtful, comprehensive, and truly high quality.

I came in for an appointment today and had a really great experience. The blonde assistant with glasses (it was my first time meeting her) was incredibly polite and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable right away and was very gentle and caring throughout my visit. The doctors there are fantastic as always, and the whole team does a great job. I also love how convenient the location is—super close to home! Highly recommend this office!

Wonderful dental office. The dentist was very kind and listened to what I had to say. The office is very nice with some really nice antiques. The whole staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend.

Update as of 3pm same day!: Went back to get my denture I believe (Dr Ramsey plz forgive me if not correct) battled for me and went to Dr Huish. Dr Huish fougnt for me and stood by me. Just as I knew he would. He is refunding my money and honoring the arrangement that was originally made. So thank you Dr Ramsey and Dr Huish. I do not like that the office manager was standing outside my treatment room listening into our conversation. She should not have been, its patient privacy. I have been going here for years! When it was Salem Dental. Dr Seth Huish is an amazing Dentist. But since it has changed to Roots it is overpriced, they charge for treatments not discussed. They do not stick to their “financial agreements plans” that the office manager makes you sign. Then she is very condescending when disputing saying “I am sorry I cant tell you what they do in the rooms as I am not in there”. They should stick to signed agreements/contracts and if additional charges are needed those need to be disclosed and approved by patient. I have had nothing but issues since it changed to Roots. I can’t even see Dr Huish. 1st visit before surgery waited in waiting room for over an hour after scheduled appointment and then additional 30 minutes in treatment room. I had to find someone and I was forgotten. Had to pay for that visit too, just to be told I needed a Gingivectomy and Reline.
