Rachel is by far the best dental hygienist I've ever gone to in my life! She recommended a full scaling and my gums have never been better. I haven't had an issue in almost a year thanks to this procedure. She's a pro, extremely thorough. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve been going to this dentist for years and recently had to change because of insurance. Firstly, the staff is amazing. The front desk, the hygienist and dentist are great. The only downside is they will try to upsell you. At times I felt like they were a little rough to prove that I needed certain “add ons.” They would always inform me how much things would be, but I often left feeling a little confused and almost scammed or gaslit? I of course could have always said “no” but their urgency usually made me agree. It wasn’t until I went to another place and they were really gentle and didn’t try to sell me anything afterwards that I realized that it might have been a selling/revenue tactic, as if the hygienist had a quota to make. Overall, the clientele felt very “UES” wealthy vibes. So maybe money isn’t a big object for most folks. Would totally recommend, just watch the upsell.

Dr. Rozenberg and her team are truly exceptional. Tanya, my hygienist, is incredibly thorough and has made a real difference in my dental health — and honestly, my life. Years ago, at her recommendation, I had laser gum treatment, and the results were amazing and have lasted to this day. Her twice-yearly cleanings have kept my teeth and gums in near-perfect condition. I’m so grateful to Tanya and to Dr. Rozenberg. I spent years trying to find the right dentist in NYC, so I feel genuinely lucky to have found them. They’re incredible.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Mouth bled for days after dental cleaning. The dental hygienist pushed and pushed and pushed to sell me this gum antibiotic for “gum disease”. And by pushing I meant she literally dug and dug and dug around my teeth trying to show me “oh you have gaps in your teeth so you must get the antibiotics!!” of course it’s not covered by insurance. It was so painful yet she told me it’s all just good for me, afterwards I had blood clots on both sides of my mouth between my teeth on my gum for a week. Huge blood clot I would wake up with blood in my mouth. I went back and finally the doctor saw me and did nothing told me it’s normal. The hygienist must have just been heavy handed Have you ever had a cleaning and afterwards your gum literally having a blood clot hanging there, bleeding for days and you were charged 800 dollars for gum antibiotics And it’s been half a year my never had a problem teeth and gum still is sensitive to cold water!!! Never ever had a problem before this cleaning. I am leaving this review now as I am in my new dentist office and he just told me there’s some space between my teeth and that’s normal and my gum is very healthy. It was a horrible experience for me. Perhaps you have better luck

They are fantastic. I was having some difficulties with insurance and despite this they gave me honest and genuine advice based on the limited information they could see. I’m very grateful for their kindness, this may have saved me a lot of pain in the future. Especially a shout-out to the hygienist I spoke to, Rachel.

Rachel my dental hygienist is the best! Like life changing the best. Since I started my care with her, my teeth have transformed like day and night! I had so many issues and she realized I was cavity prone. She caught my failed root canal before anyone. She knows teeth and anticipates potential problems so well! She really cares about how to help you get your teeth to the best state possible. Like she even re-taught me how to properly. She is employee of the month all year long and beyond! Like a true gem to the practice.

Rachel is AMAZING!! She’s the only hygienist in decades who has been able to convince me to take care of my teeth properly and consistently. She has a great bedside manner where she never makes you feel stupid for having things to improve on. She’s an absolute joy and makes my cleanings something I look forward to!

I've been coming to Dr. Rozenberg's office for the past 9 years and she has a wonderful team and bedside manner along with Dr. Muldoon who has done incredible work on my teeth. My favorite dental hygienist is Rachel. She is extremely thorough and goes above and beyond to educate me on keeping my teeth and gums healthy and she always makes me feel so comfortable at the dentist. I hope she never leaves.
