Wanna shout out to the whole team but specifically; Tara and Hailey, as well as Dr. willis of course, for making my experience very welcoming. I haven't had any real dental care since I was a kid and in the past I had experiences that put me off going to the dentist. Today though was a wonderful experience, Tara was the sweetest person I've ever had the luck to meet, despite the circumstances 😂. Hayley was also very sweet and funny, it's great and rare to have the experience I had. I've been going through one of the roughest couple months, and I hadn't left the house in those months, it helped me feel much more human today 🩷. I wanna sincerely thank you guys for your wonderful work and attitudes 🩷. Can't wait to be back!
havn't been to the dentist since pre-pandemic and my teeth desperately needed alot of work. unfortunatly My dentist shut its doors for good but fortunatly I found Ruby dental! they thoroughly and efficiently diagonosed all my issues in a friendly caring manor! as great an experiance going to the dentist can possibly be.
I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH MY CHILD. WE ARRIVED ON TIME, THEY RECEIVED US RIGHT A WAY . THEY SENT US AN APPLICATION 2 DAYS A EALIER ONLINE, THIS MADE THE APPOINTMENT GO SMOOTHLY. NO MORE WAITING FOR A LONG TIME. WITH A FREE AND CONVENIENT WIFI MY SON COULD'VE ENJOYED HIS TABLET WHILE WAITING, WE WERE PREPARED. THE NEW TEAM DYNAMICS SHIFT IS SUFFICIENT AND PROMPT. THE TWO WELCOMING STAFF WHO DO THE RECEPTION AND THE DENTAL WORK HAVE IMPROVED SIGNIFICANTLY AND WITH THEIR SENIORITY COMES ALONG WITH EXPERIENCE. I HAD A GREAT TIME ON MY RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH DENTAL APPOINTMENT FOR MY SON. THE ONLY THING THAT WASN'T USUAL WAS THAT THE CHILDREN DIDN'T GET THE MARVELOUS TOYS OF THEIR CHOICES, AS THE TOYS THEY FOUND WERE NOT TO THEIR INTEREST.
Fix. My. Tooth. I have never dealt with a more careless, dismissive dental office in my life. I had two crowns done in spring 2024, and the second one immediately felt wrong. The pain was sharp, the pressure was off, and I literally felt her shove something way too far into my gums. I spoke up the second it happened, and instead of taking two seconds to actually check her own work, she acted like I was imagining it. Over the next several weeks I kept coming back because the pain never went away. And every single time, I was hit with the same lazy excuse, “It’s normal” or “It’s part of the process.” They never examined it properly, never adjusted anything, just brushed me off and hoped I’d shut up about it. Now it’s fall 2025, and guess what? I’m still in pain from the tooth they messed up. The entire gum has been swollen around tooth for several weeks now. I’ve called their emergency line repeatedly, and not one person bothered to return a call. I even scheduled an appointment through their own website and showed up only to find an entire closed office with zero notice. No call, no email. Just a locked door. At this point, it honestly feels like they’re avoiding me instead of fixing the damage they caused. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic professionalism is unreal. They broke it, ignored it, and now they’re hiding from it. Fix. My. Tooth.
The staff at Ruby are always friendly and polite, but I had a number of problems with them. First, one filling left me unable to floss between two teeth. It was annoying me so I called to see if I could do a walk-in appointment for them to fix it. I was told no and had to wait until my next appointment days later. I said it would only take a few minutes, but was told again I had to wait. So, when I had them check it several days later, they did some filing, but the floss still didn't go up to my gum line. But they insisted it did. When I got home, I took a minute to force the floss between the teeth and it finally popped through to hit my gum. It's still hard to floss there and it shouldn't be. In 64 years, I've never had this problem. Second, one of their doctors prescribed a medication for me for an oral problem I had and the pharmacy wouldn't fill it. The doctor had listed the problem as a "tooth infection" which was NOT what the medicine was for, and the pharmacy wouldn't fill it based on the wrong info. I had to wait to see my primary care before the pharmacy would fill it. Very frustrating and time consuming. Third, they told me someone would be calling me with an appointment to have partials made. I waited 2 weeks and then called to see what happened. They assured me someone would be calling me the following month to schedule that appointment. That was over 2 months ago and noone ever called me. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I should have known there might be problems with Ruby when I asked the assistant about all the dead clocks on the wall and her response was to laugh and say "Noone can reach 'em".
