I've now had two bad experiences with caps that they have put on my grandchildren's teeth we will not be back. Both of the girls that ended up with huge abscess after they capped their teeth we do routine cleanings they don't eat candy they don't drink sugary drinks every time we go they try to say there's a cavity that needs to be filled you cannot see anything wrong with their teeth went to a new dentist and they say they don't see no cavities and Ruby dental is trying to tell me both of them has cavities one has six the other has four.... ?..... Is this just for them to get money my neighbor lady has had the same experience with them.

Probably one of the worst customer service experience i have ever had. I made and an appointment over 6 months ago. Been rescheduled twice. Get a phone call today that they need to reschedule me again because their “call center” over booked. And it’s another 6 month wait. Unless it and emergency so they can charge you $1000 of dollars they don’t care. Look elsewhere. To big of a corporate mindset to even care about there patient.

Staff was very nice and friendly for sure , I just didn't like that they take 8 kids back to one room and there is no privacy other than that it was a great experience for my child. I do recommend them especially small children bc I got to see a small child who was definitely scared and he done great they talked him thru everything and he left very happy 😊

1-Star Review — Very Disappointing Experience, sorry for how long it is but if you’re considering going here PLEASE READ. My first visit to this dental office for a cleaning was actually a great experience. Everyone was friendly, and I had no complaints. Unfortunately, my experience when I returned two days later to have a cavity filled was completely different. The dentist himself was great, but the dental assistant who actually performed the filling (I believe her name was Abby) made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable and, honestly, left me in significant pain. I am currently uninsured, and before the procedure, I was not told how much the filling would cost. I was already numbed when I was informed that they could not proceed until payment was made. I completely understand that payment is required, but this put me in a very uncomfortable situation that could have easily been avoided by simply communicating the cost beforehand. She did take accountability for forgetting to tell me, which I appreciate, but the way it was handled made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. Unfortunately, things only got worse during the procedure. At one point, the metal instrument she was using to push the filling into my tooth slipped and nearly hit me in the face/eye. She laughed and said, “Oops.” While accidents can happen, I expected more professionalism and care after something like that. She then put too much filling on the tooth, leaving it uneven to the point that I couldn’t fully close my jaw. She had to drill it down to adjust it. By this point, the numbing was beginning to wear off, and I could feel what she was doing. I told her that it was hurting, and her response was essentially, “Okay, well I’ll try to hurry.” That response was extremely concerning to me, especially because she seemed nervous and unsure of what she was doing. She switched to a different drill and said it should feel better, but it didn’t. I told her again that I was in pain, and she could visibly see it on my face. She also repeatedly hit the tooth next to the one being filled with the drill and each time simply said, “Oops.” At this point, the dentist was no longer in the room, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Afterward, she tried to make up for the experience by complimenting me, and while I appreciate the gesture, compliments don’t really make up for being left in that much pain during a dental procedure. The following day, the entire left side of my jaw was sore, which I initially expected after having a filling done. However, it has now been almost two weeks, and I am still experiencing pain, particularly in the tooth that was filled and the tooth next to it. I want to emphasize that the dentist himself was great. My issue is specifically with how the procedure was handled by the dental assistant and the overall lack of professionalism during my visit. I went into this office after having a positive experience with my cleaning, so I was really disappointed by how drastically different my second visit was. I left feeling like my concerns about pain weren’t taken seriously, and I am still dealing with the consequences nearly two weeks later. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes sure patients are properly informed about costs beforehand and that procedures are performed with the level of care, confidence, and professionalism patients deserve.

I didn’t even make it into the office. I called and scheduled a cleaning and check up for 8/2 (today) I had an employee call off so I called to get in for another time at the end of this week or next week. Firstly they didn’t have me under an appointment yet had my child who had not been seen there for 9 years, even though the appointment confirmation showed my name as the patient name, she did some more searching and said she found my appointment but it wasn’t for a cleaning as the hygienist called off, I said well good thing I had an employee call in or I would have left work for no reason. She then said well actually it wouldn’t have been a cleaning even if they were here because we aren’t doing cleanings for adults until next year sometime….what….just the sheer lack of communication and misinformation is enough for me to not want these people in my mouth. Not to mention the lady answering the phones should not be in any type of customer service role…yikes…go elsewhere people.

Had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. Unfortunately, due to issues with call center my appointment was Not an appointment. The front office people were OUTSTANDING 💯 They explained what happened and were able to reschedule me in 2 days 😊🫡 I have had extensive work done and they checked Everything, did a fantastic cleaning and were careful. Highly Recommend. Thank You guys and gals 😁❤️

Staff is great and hospitable just a bit on the edge from the poor manager and unprofessional attitude she has. you speak with the manager of mistakes that were made on their end and she blames her staff even though I spoke with her personally in person and throws her staff under the bus saying they're learning. Manager needs to take accountability and needs to be retrained on how to speak to clients and how to improve on training her staff. The small fraction you get to speak with her, you can tell she has a short fuse.

Great place, awesome front desk people and very informative Dentist and assistants!

havn't been to the dentist since pre-pandemic and my teeth desperately needed alot of work. unfortunatly My dentist shut its doors for good but fortunatly I found Ruby dental! they thoroughly and efficiently diagonosed all my issues in a friendly caring manor! as great an experiance going to the dentist can possibly be. UPDATE : went back this morning.... everyone is so friendly, efficient and accomodating. Best dentist i've ever went to. My Highest recomendations!!!!!
