I had such a great experience at Russo Dentistry! Kati did my cleaning and she was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire appointment. From the start the receptionist made an impact on me. She checked my insurance and made sure i don’t owe before coming in. She stayed in communication with me until my appointment. No hidden fees no adds on anything. Katie was my hygienist and she was the best. She explained everything in detail and made sure i understood what she was explaining. Dr.Russo came in and did my exam and did not try to offer me anything i didn’t need or try to get me to buy anything even things i just wanted he didn’t say go for it. He was honest and let me know i didn’t need whitening based off my enamel. This place is not about money which i like. I found my new dental home and it’s beautiful in here!

Great experience. I was looking for a dentist after moving to Raleigh, upon looking at google reviews and location- Russo dentistry is what I decided on. Quick to get an appointment and Katie was friendly and thorough in my treatment plan!

I was a 1st time patient. 'And scared. I entered Russo Dentistry with a fractured/crumbling crown -- RIGHT IN FRONT (#8) and some adjacent sensitivity (#7) that I feared might result in root canal/s and multiple visits before we were done. Cosmetic work needed for sure. Root canal/s, anticipated. Ouch. But then, the miracle began. First, a lot of VERY high tech instrumentation ...digital images ... a few "very low" radiation images. Then, Dr. Russo administered a local anesthetic, muttering "and that should be the last pain you feel." He removed two stubborn old crowns. Then, seemingly instantaneously, Dr. King, the incomparable Endodontist (30 years experience), enters and performs TWO *painless* root canals. On the spot!! I am already beyond pleasantly surprised when Dr. Russo returns and announces he would replace (same appointment) the old crowns with my new permanent ones, today. "What?,I thought, "No temporaries ... no return in two weeks for your permanents... huh?" Yes, 3 hours later, I walked out after painless dental surgery with the most beautiful permanent crowns. Dr. Russo even closed the gap between my two front teeth! He is a miracle worker, whose extraordinary reputation is utterly deserved. Amazing experience! Thank you, all of you at Russo Dentistry. Dr. Russo and his team went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests for my new smile. They provided me with a detailed step-by-step guide on what to expect throughout the process. An acquaintance of mine had the most beautiful smile, and when I complimented her, she kindly suggested that I visit this clinic. I knew instantly that this was the place I wanted to go for my veneers and smile makeover. I would return here countless times and now have a beautiful smile to show for all their hard work!
