The staff here acts like they are so hopeful but they really like treating people like crap. There all in there heads they think they own the place they are a mess and they are nobody to talk to people the way they should.
I am very grateful for this amazing and wonderful staff that has helped me! Everyone here is so helpful and kind. Can’t wait to go back.
These people are so caring and nice. The nice nurse held my hand and kept telling me it was going to be ok because I was freaking out a little. So sweet and they really do care.
I don’t understand the reviews of the staff being rude, everyone was so unbelievably kind!! I am very thankful for this place, I was able to get a cleaning and my wisdom teeth extracted. Since it was a busy event, it did take some time, but they’re doing such great work helping so many people of San Antonio. ❤️❤️❤️
Okay well I came to this place like once and did ex rays and everything my first time was in March and this sweet lady ms Valerie was helping me and my husband apply for low income and everything I got approved.. so in March was my last visit and over the summer. I tried so many times to get in and Miss Valerie told me to text her every week to see if there’s openings. I left it like that so I made a complaint saying that I was in pain to see the dentist already, and they only saw me because they thought I was in pain so today I requested to work with the same Person to do my teeth because I had a good experience with this dentist doctor they made it into a big deal that every time I come in, I would see another dentist when Valerie told me I would see the same one all the time and today they wanted to pull out two teeth, which is kind of bizarre when it was their fault for not keeping up with my teeth. I try to get appointments back to back and nothing so I went in today and Miss Valerie was playing victim and I got kicked out of the dentist, good place for Dental, but not to be mistreated the way I did today regardless if I had to pay anything or not, people are people and they should be treated with respect and should be comfortable with the people who do their teeth thank you.
