From the minute I checked in I felt comfortable. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I had a cleaning and check up and I honestly think it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Then I met the dentist who was very nice, thorough and didn’t tell me I needed work that was not necessary and would cost a fortune. I unfortunately experienced that at a previous dental office where I felt more like a dollar sign than a patient. I’m so happy I chose to come here, and being new to the area, I have found MY dentist :)

Very friendly, and helpful

I broke a tooth and they got me in very quickly. The staff is wonderful and caring. Dr. Jake is amazing. He filled the tooth saving me from a crown. I am a regular patient and extremely happy with the care! Thank you so much for your kindness and care!

Great Experience!

Dr. Dod and his team are amazing. I tell everyone who asks for a dentist recommendation to book with him. I'm appreciative of their work and all he does for his patients. The staff is friendly and welcoming as well.

I love going to this facility (for nearly 20 years). I actually drive around 400 miles to get this care. Everyone is so kind/friendly & knowledgeable. Dr Dod has worked miracles on my teeth where other dentists told me the only fix was to pull them.

Unfortunately we had a miscommunication on insurance. When I called to see if they take my insurance they said they do, however my insurance is not in network. So I ended up paying $100 for a visit out of pocket with no treatment for my daughters. I had to wait for 4 weeks to get into the office and if I had known they were out of network I would have kept looking for a different dentist and got treatment for them way sooner. Two stars because they were all nice and polite, I just wish we knew before I was charged the $100 big waste of time and money.

I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about patient comfort. MiMi, my dental hygienist, was amazing, gentle, thorough, and so easy to talk to. The dentists are just as great, taking the time to explain everything and making the visit stress‑free. Highly recommend this place!

I had to bring my daughter to my appt because it was spring break. The dental hygienist, Susan, welcomed my daughter, even letting her wear a mask and “help” clean my teeth. My daughter was thrilled and excited be at the office with me. This was a great precursor to her having her own appointment in June. Thank you to Susan and Dr. Jake for including her! Just another reason that Saddlecreek Dental is the best!
