Maria was AMAZING!!!! She was incredibly gentle, thorough and made me very comfortable. She explained the treatment to me in a way I could understand. I will definitely be back to see her and highly recommend anyone visit her.

Excellent service! The staff was very attentive, especially assistants Rocio and Dr. Diez, who were very patient and kind. I'm terrified of visiting dental clinics, but with them I felt completely relaxed. Thank you!

The staff is super friendly & helpful. All dentists very knowledgeable. Place is very nice. They work with you to make sure you get everything you need if insurance doesn't cover everything. Best dentist in Miami & I've been to 7 different ones over the years. Finally found my place.

Sage Dental Coral Gables office had been extremely accommodating to the issue I had when my daughter’s brace broke unexpectedly, an appointment was scheduled in an emergency. Sage Dental team had been very patient, extremely professional, dental and ortho specialists are very caring to patients needs, Lester was able to wait for me and make sure my daughter was attended. I and my family had been patients for many years and every time Sage Dental exceeds my expectations with our family dental needs! Dr. Lucas had been exceptionally attentive to my daughter’s needs, Maria the office manager also helped so much to make our experience amazing! Sage Dental is an excellent dental practice that I recommend to everyone!

SCAM!!! Avoid this place at all costs. Their business model appears designed to squeeze as much money out of patients as possible. They will schedule you for a routine cleaning, then tell you when you arrive that one isn't available and push you to come back for a "deep cleaning", which they claim insurance doesn't cover. It does. This is how it starts. From there, expect to be charged for procedures before your insurance has even been billed, with no transparency about what you actually owe. When the charges don't add up, the local office is dismissive and hostile. The only way to get any acknowledgment is to go directly to corporate. Read the other reviews here. This is not a one-off experience. This is how they operate. There are plenty of honest dentists in Miami. Do yourself a favor and find one.

My cleaning was great! Welcoming staff from the front desk all the way to the treatment chair. Dr. Calatayud is exceptional at what she does and would highly recommend to my family and friends.

My experience with Sage Dental was frustrating from the moment I had to deal with the actual office staff, despite starting off with clear communication. I called ahead specifically to say I would be late because of traffic. The call center confirmed it was okay. That should have been the end of it. Instead, I received a follow-up call from the office that immediately felt tense and uncoordinated. I was asked “exactly how late will you be?” in a tone that felt more like I was being reprimanded than simply checked in on. After explaining again, I was told about a 15-minute grace period, followed by a very pointed warning that if I wasn’t there by 4:18, I would not be seen. There was no effort to reconcile the conflicting information between the call center and the office. No flexibility. No attempt at understanding. Just a rigid rule delivered in a way that made a routine delay feel like a problem I was being scolded for. What makes this stand out is how avoidable it all was. A bit of consistency and basic professionalism in tone would have completely changed the experience. Instead, it felt unnecessarily hostile for something as ordinary as traffic. - Veronica Hyder

My experience with Sage Dental was extremely disappointing and very unprofessional.I called to book an appointment and spent about 10 minutes on the phone with someone from the office while they took all of my personal information to schedule the appointment. After providing all my details, they confirmed the appointment and told me to come in.On the day of the appointment, I drove all the way to Coral Gables, had to look for parking, pay for parking, and walk to the office. I made sure to arrive on time and rushed so I wouldn’t be late.When I walked in, the only thing they said to me was: “Are you Jackie? We were waiting for you to tell you that there is no doctor today.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place if you value your time and expect a professional dental office.

I had a really great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and were very attentive throughout my visit. The customer service was excellent, and you can truly tell they care about their patients. I’m really grateful for how well I was treated and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive and professional dental experience.
