Sage Dental of Coral Gables

My experience with Sage Dental was extremely disappointing and very unprofessional.I called to book an appointment and spent about 10 minutes on the phone with someone from the office while they took all of my personal information to schedule the appointment. After providing all my details, they confirmed the appointment and told me to come in.On the day of the appointment, I drove all the way to Coral Gables, had to look for parking, pay for parking, and walk to the office. I made sure to arrive on time and rushed so I wouldn’t be late.When I walked in, the only thing they said to me was: “Are you Jackie? We were waiting for you to tell you that there is no doctor today.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place if you value your time and expect a professional dental office.

I had a really great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and were very attentive throughout my visit. The customer service was excellent, and you can truly tell they care about their patients. I’m really grateful for how well I was treated and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive and professional dental experience.

Dr. Jess was so nice and explained every step of the filling process! she even took pictures of my teeth so I could see for myself. I love how she checked in on me throughout the procedure and gave me breaks. Will definitely be coming back.

They are very efficient and I really appreciate the pricing transparency. They always show me a detailed breakdown of what they recommend with costs including what insurance will cover vs. what I need to pay out of pocket before starting anything. It’s very refreshing when the broader medical industry and insurance can be so opaque and convoluted.

If you’re going to Sage Dental for basic, routine care like cleanings, it’s probably fine. But if you need anything more complex like a root canal, crown, or tooth removal, the quality and clarity drop significantly. My experience with a root canal was especially frustrating. The procedure was done, but the crown was never completed. I was later told during a routine cleaning that the crown was considered a “secondary procedure” something that was never clearly explained upfront. There was no clear communication about what was included, what wasn’t, or what the full treatment plan actually looked like. Overall, the lack of transparency and follow through made it feel like procedures weren’t completed with excellence or proper coordination. Dental work isn’t something you want surprises with, and unfortunately that’s exactly what I experienced here. I wouldn’t recommend Sage Dental for anything beyond very basic dental care.

I have been a faithful client of this office for the past few years mainly because they have always provided excellent service and all their personnel is very professional and courteous at all times. Great location, lots of parking space in the street and the building also has a private and secure area for their customers, which Sage Dental will validate. They maintain an extremely clean environment that makes you feel the office is brand new. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable where you are greeted with a big smile from Adis, who really shows a helpful attitude that makes you feel appreciated. The regular and deep cleaning services are provided by Robert who is very professional in his work. While he is doing his work and when he finishes, he takes the time to make helpful and important suggestions for you to take care of yourself. I rate this office with and A+ and highly recommend it to everybody. Try it for your next appointment and you will never want to go anywhere else. Roberto.
