Excellent service, very professional, Dr. Elinet, Loc Annele, hygienist, and their entire team. Highly caring and friendly. Highly recommended.
Very good experience, very friendly and all my questions were answered.
Celida is a fantastic dental assistant - very thorough - very personable - very thorough. - I booked another appointment for another cleaning.
Excellent service and experienced professionals
I had an incredible service, the whole team was very careful so that my service was perfect. I recommend it!
Everything was fine from the front desk to the dental hygienist to the assistant to the dentist. Everything fell apart when someone came in with some strong armed sales techniques, I’m laying in the bed reclined while I can hardly see the lady I’m talking to and she just starts throwing outrageous numbers at me. These people are vultures, don’t believe anything they say they just want to financially drain you. beware these people are scammers!
BEWARE. this dental office will charge you extra for basic services. My insurance provides a free cleaning and they shared I had to pay an out of pocket fee of $150. They even went as far as making me get out of the chair since i didn’t have the $150 though my cleanings are completely covered under my insurance. I went to another dentist office and my completely free. Save yourself the headache please!!!!
Wasn't even a patient yet. Since my insurance shifted this year, I had to find a new primary dentist. Went through the process of scheduling and setting up an initial appointment, called the 1800 number they listed on their website to confirm. Took off from work since their latest appointment is during work hours for me. Showed up for the appointment and was informed that I could not be seen because they attempted to call me to confirm the appointment and I didnt answer. The dentist was too busy that day. Could not give me an appointment for another week. Sorry but if you dont value a new patient from the onset, whats that show for existing patients. Rather take my business to a place that respects and appreciates a patient's time.
I went to the clinic, knowing exactly what I wanted: a routine cleaning. Left the clinic with 25 x-rays that I never asked for and no cleaning. No cavities. Teeth situation were all fine. Clinic suggest a cleaning that would cost extra $150 out of pocket for this extra and that extra. They refused to just go ahead and do the cleaning. Either their way or nothing. (Whereas it was said there was nothing wrong with the teeth. All they wanted to apply was PREVENTIVE - they even used this word) Why did I spend all this time and insurance money on x rays and left with not what I wanted? Why would you let me go back to my old dentist in Brickell?! 05 stars for the dentist. 0 stars for the business model.
I have been a patient at Sage Miami Beach for many years. Celida is an excellent hygienist. She is always professional, thorough and offers oral care tips that are very helpful. Dr. Espinet is so trustworthy, kind and caring. She does excellent work. I feel like I'm being treated by family here. So much so, I travel from my home in Ocala to my old Miami Beach neighborhood for my dental care.
I came in for a routine cleaning and was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism during my visit. While reviewing my medications, the lady who was doing my cleaning began laughing as if it were a joke. I’m not sure what was funny about something that should be treated with care and respect, and the moment was extremely uncomfortable. She tried to explain it afterward, but it didn’t come across as appropriate or valid. Patients should always feel safe and respected in a medical setting, not made to feel embarrassed or judge. I walked out immediately.
My daughter has been a patient here for a couple of years for her dental work, including recently. She has not had the same experience as many of the negative reviewers have experienced. Dr. Espinet has been her dentist and has been courteous, timely, and professional. She has also been pleased with her hygienist. One suggestion that she did have was that some of the staff at the front desk could use more training because they lacked general information about office procedures. I called to make an appointment at one time, but they do not accept my insurance. I go to someone else. Street parking. I'm not sure if they have parking behind their office.
