If you ever need to have your denture done. Do not choose this place. They take for ever. My father first appointment was April 1. Today is July 13.and nothing. They just called him to reschedule. I'm pissed already. This is way too much. Don't step there.

The office was spotless, and I was immediately greeted by a young lady at the front desk who was incredibly kind and helpful. I came in feeling extremely anxious, embarrassed, and honestly emotional about the condition of my teeth. The dental assistant made such a difference in my experience. She was compassionate, reassuring, and supportive from the moment I sat in the chair. As someone who has been to several dental offices and had some disappointing experiences in the past, that level of kindness meant more than I can express. When the dentist came in, she was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, understanding, professional, and took the time to make me feel comfortable and heard. She never made me feel judged or ashamed. Instead, she made me feel hopeful and confident. She only repaired a cracked tooth, but somehow I left feeling like I had a brand-new smile. The impact she had on my confidence was far greater than the procedure itself. For the first time in a long time, I left a dental appointment feeling happy, relieved, and excited about my smile. Extremely unprofessional and predatory sales tactics I had a terrible experience at Sage Dental Bird Road. I waited for an hour and a half, only for them to do absolutely nothing during my appointment. I went in specifically for a routine preventative cleaning, but instead of providing the service, they tried to scare me with an absurd diagnosis, even comparing it to diabetes. The "treatment plan" they presented for a simple cleaning was an outrageous $3,700! It was immediately clear that they were more interested in pushing high-pressure sales tactics than providing actual dental care. I refused their plan and left. Total lack of integrity and transparency. I will not be returning.

This is my new dentist office!!! I walked in to get a cleaning before getting braces and they were able to take me the same day. The dentist Yolanda and the hygienist were so kind and explained everything to me in detail. I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent experience. Drs. Willner, Marleni, and Henderson, along with their coordinator Carlos, did an outstanding job with my wisdom teeth extraction. The entire process was handled professionally and smoothly from start to finish. An excellent Oral Surgery team at Sage Dental. Highly recommended.

Do not go to this dentist office! There are a bunch of crooks! I went for a routine cleaning and they refused to give it to me telling me I had to do a deep cleaning for $460 that’s not covered by my dental insurance! They also want to put a crown on a tooth that has filling in it and a gum treatment with a bill totaling $7,000 with me having to put $2,400! Go somewhere else that won’t try to rip you off!
