Sakura Medical & Dental Clinic ???????? ?????????????

I visited Sakura Clinic for the first time due to severe molar pain. The doctor performed the extraction after providing clear advice, honest recommendations and a thorough explanation. I had no pain afterward, which was a great relief. The reception staff were super helpful and attentive. CC from reception was especially kind and always willing to resolve any questions or doubts. I totally recommend this clinic.

Great service, fabulous doctors and reasonable price comparing to the Jumeirah dental clinics. The Japanese doctor can even speak fluent Chinese, who is very nice to me. Just known that they also have medical service. The doctor is from Switzerland, I think. Will definitely go in future.

First of all, I’m not a person who usually leave feedback. However, the recent experience that I encounter with Sakura Clinic as well as the impressive customer service, knowledgeable, great personality of a staff named CC particularly. Thank you! She helped clarify many questions I had regarding the treatment that I went through and all responses were prompt and professional, except very few occasions that she replied slightly later as she was the only mandarin speaker in the clinic for translation. It’s fully acceptable and understandable. The attention to detail provided by CC was impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. I am traumatised for dental visit but she made my recent dental treatment experience at ease. She is a fine ambassador for the company. Keep it up and once again thank you so much CC!

A very late review, but I had to share! Having had terrible dentists living in the UK I had neglected visiting for over 20 years. My wisdom teeth of course continued to grow until they broke an adjoining tooth. (see photo) From the very first visit I had a great experience, I felt relaxed and taken care of. I had both wisdom teeth removed over two separate visits, an absolutely pain free procedure thanks to multiple local anesthesia injections (Also pain free thanks to the area being numbed ahead of time with a surface anesthetic) I was of course sore for a few days after but easily manageable. Next they needed to repair the damaged tooth (from the wisdom tooth) which also needed a root canal and crown. This turned out to be quite complicated and required multiple visits due to unusual root but each visit was a breeze for me. From Cici on reception, Dr's Atsuko and Marat with their wonderful dental assistants I cannot recommend Sakura clinic highly enough. Thank you.

This is the best Japanese dental clinic I have come across in my years living in Dubai. First of all, the staff were very enthusiastic. Especially the lady at the front desk who a staff from China. Second, The dentist are very professional. Wisdom teeth extraction was very fast and no pain after anesthesia. After filling the tooth will be very serious around the grinding smooth. 👉Recommend to your friends
