Absolute worst dentist iv ever been to. I have had nothing but problems and now have a cracked tooth from a filling that was done and another filling that wasn’t sealed properly. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told the tooth was probably cracked when filling. The tooth now requires a crown. Never go to this location

In my opinion, a good dental office needs 3 main factors to provide a good patient experience. Those factors are: 1. A knowledgeable and skilled dentist, 2. Skilled dental assisting staff, and 3. An organized and clear billing system. Salem Creek Family Dental knocks it out of the park on all three counts. Let’s go deeper. 1. Dr. Costello is an excellent dentist. Since I’m someone with myriad chronic illnesses that impact my teeth and how I’m able to tolerate dental work, finding a knowledgeable dentist can be very challenging. Dr. Costello is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but she is kind, accommodating, and has an excellent bedside manner. 2. Every member of the dental hygiene and dental assisting team has been kind and respectful to me. They are understanding of my situation and the struggles that come with it. They are also very competent and do a great job! Shout out to Kat for being so sweet and supportive! 3. The front desk does an amazing job with billing. The treatment plans and cost estimates are so organized and clear. The front desk staff are available and willing to chat with me about my estimated costs before I get any work done, and so nothing is a surprise. My most recent experience was with Kaylee, but everyone I’ve interacted with has been excellent. It’s been so hard for me to find a dental office that meets all of my needs, and I have finally found what I’ve been looking for at Salem Creek Family Dental. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a chronic illness or dental anxiety.

They are so kind and gentle and what an awesome surprise that Dr Costello is familiar and works with Sjogren's patients and knows exactly how to treat the oral part of the autoimmune disease! The office staff and hygienist are top notch too!

I went to Salem Creek dentist for a check up and an evaluation. I do not like going to the dentist because I had some bad experiences as a child. As always when I walked in the door I was treated with kindness and respect. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. Dr. Costello is so kind and professional. She explained everything to me and told me exactly what my options are and what I needed to do to make it happen. She took the time to make sure that I understood what she was saying. I would definitely recommend Salem Creek Dental to my family and friends. In fact I already have recommended them to my niece who has an appointment.

No one really likes going to the dentist but I always have a pleasant experience during my visits. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They are especially thorough in explaining any issues if they notice anything out of the ordinary. I highly recommend visiting this practice if you’re on the search for a dentist.

I had my first cavity filled today and was a bit nervous! Dr.Costello walked me through the steps and put me at ease. My hygienist, Natasha, was gentle and thorough. She also educated me along the way during my cleaning. Highly recommend this practice!

I like the low key relaxed atmosphere at this dentist office. I have never felt like they were just rushing me through to get to the next person. Natasha did a great job of taking the x-rays, explaining everything and doing a really thorough job of cleaning my teeth. Plus the TV's are nice. I was able to watch the US Open Tennis while she was cleaning my teeth. Then Dr. Ashley explained the x-rays and what needs to happen next. I'm 63 and this is the best dentist office I've ever been too.
