I ultimately received my refund, records, and account statement, but only after a long period of repeated follow-up, including multiple emails, phone calls, in-person visits, and a public review. My concern was not the final outcome, but the administrative process. Routine requests for records, billing information, refund updates, and a final account statement took far longer than expected and often required me to initiate additional follow-up. I was also given inconsistent information by different staff members regarding records, billing, and document delivery. While these issues were eventually resolved, the amount of time and effort required to obtain basic information and documentation was frustrating and unnecessary.

Front Desk attended me very well & the doctors & assistants were amazing! Highly recommended.

Staff is rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I couldn’t speak to one. Never going there again. Do better and hire professional staff.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff and the comprehensive services offered. I have had bad experiences with a filling, a crown, and caps. This led to a real fear of dentistry. I went in seeking just a consultation, but I felt so heard and understood that I want to be a patient of Salinas Valley Dental Care.

I initially came to this office for evaluation of a fractured tooth. The clinical treatment itself was ultimately completed, and the office did process a refund after my treatment plan changed. I received inconsistent information from different staff members regarding prescriptions, records requests, and billing. Obtaining my dental records required multiple requests and in-person visits. The refund process also required repeated follow-up by email, phone, and in person before it was finally resolved. My biggest concern was not the treatment itself, but the lack of timely communication and responsiveness. Simple requests often went unanswered for extended periods, and I frequently had to initiate follow-up myself to obtain updates. I hope the office can improve its communication and administrative processes, as these issues created unnecessary stress during an already difficult dental situation.

I had a great experience at the Salinas Valley Dental Care office. The entire visit was smooth and completely painless, which made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Ngoc Bui was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions with patience. The level of professionalism from both the dentist and staff really stood out. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Dr. Goldman is truly an exceptional Dr. She takes the time to listen carefully to every concern and explains everything in a way that is clear and reassuring. Her compassion and kindness make a world of difference, especially during stressful or uncertain times. You can tell she truly cares about her patients’ well-being and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel comfortable and supported. I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Goldman as my doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and deeply caring provider.

I’m am so very impressed with this dental office and the staff! As a new patient you get a tour of the entire office. They are very thorough with the initial exams and X-rays. I met my hygienist who was also super nice, and my new dentist is great! The entire staff seems very well trained and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs and their workplace. They are also trying to get to know you as a person/patient which creates a great atmosphere. Can’t speak highly enough of this office!
