Ethical and Professional. One of the dentists at this practice came highly recommended by ChatGPT for my ongoing medical issue. While the specific dentist recommended was unavailable, Dr. Ramy Tamzouk stepped up to help. Both he and his incredible staff are consummate professionals. From my initial WhatsApp queries to my in-office visit today, I was treated respectfully and kindly. I was actually expecting bad news (failed recent composites). Dr Tamzouk did not over-promise in our early conversation, and once I was actually in his chair, he did not try to sell me anything I didn’t actually need. In fact, I needed nothing, it turns out, but some advice (no restorations, no additional composites, nothing — just a few changes in my routine and some time for my issues to resolve). The waiting and exam rooms were clean and comfortable (with excellent A/C). A panoramic x-ray was performed as part of the COMPLIMENTARY initial consult and shared with me via email. If you are looking for a high quality practitioner, I highly recommend Dr. Tamzouk.

She explained every single detail of the procedure so clearly and patiently, including all the reasons behind each step, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind throughout the treatment. I’m honestly beyond impressed with my experience. I’m currently on day 3 of healing from a complicated surgical wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Costa, and I’ve already stopped taking painkillers because I literally have zero pain. The entire procedure took only two minutes, and I didn’t feel a thing, completely painless from start to finish. On top of that, the nurses and staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and reassuring throughout the whole process🥰. The environment made me feel comfortable and calm, and I genuinely felt cared for. I felt little to no discomfort during the procedure, which honestly says a lot about the level of care and skill. I also want to highlight one of the nurses, I believe her name was Betty or Betsy. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her energy was bright and warm, and she made the whole environment feel relaxed. She’s easily one of the kindest nurses I’ve met.
