Just left from here and I have to say, everyone was super nice and amazing! I’m honestly not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but they made the whole experience so much easier and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and really caring throughout the entire process. They were fast, careful, and made sure I was okay. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re nervous about going to the dentist. I’m really glad I came here!

I have been to many dental offices and this one is by far the best! Dr. Gonzalez was very kind and did a great job. for once I felt like my dentist was being honest with me. I highly recommend San Antonio Smiles and I will defintley continue to get my teeth cleaned here.

Terrible service. The receptionists are so rude, and to top it all off, when you want the doctor to see you, he says he doesn't know how to do braces. I went for my regular appointment, and a very kind new girl saw me. She finished, and I left, but a few minutes later my braces started coming loose. I went back to have them put back on and asked the doctor to do it, but he said he didn't know how. Since they moved to this location, everything has changed. The staff is very different. The doctor, who should be the leader, is constantly on his phone, and as I told the girls, he's losing a lot of business. Once, they took 40 minutes to see me, and I asked the girl in front why they were taking so long. She answered aggressively, telling me to ask the client who arrived before me because it wasn't her fault. I liked it, but after what I saw and the way they treated me, I'm done. There's no hygiene whatsoever.

Can’t say enough great things about this facility and staff. Before finding this dentist, I had the WORST dentist anxiety. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. I don’t hate coming to the dentist anymore and for me, that says a lot.

the dentist and the assistants are great and do wonderful work. sadly, the girls in the front desk would overcharge and have you paying what the insurance covers and then when you go back for your second appointment they tell you that you still have a remaining balance due to them not charging correctly. unfortunately i had to switch dentists due to this.

The staff was really friendly and Dr. Gonzalez was really nice as well. They made me feel welcomed and answered any questions I had.

I've been going to San Antonio Smiles for years now. Lisa and Dr. G are always great to me. The front office staff is super helpful and they keep a tight schedule. I never wait for more than a few minutes before they take me back.

I visited this dental clinic on February 3rd, and I was very impressed. The dentist was very kind and friendly, and all the staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. This was my first time at a dental clinic, and it completely changed my experience; I didn't feel scared or anxious at all. I believe everyone who comes here will feel the same way – safe, warm, and trusting of the highly skilled dentist and all the lovely staff. I would definitely recommend this clinic to all my friends. I feel relieved and very grateful to the dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else; I will only come to this clinic for my dental care.
