I have had TMJ issues for the past 57 years after having my jaw accidently dislocated in gym class in junior high. I've suffered with nearly constant headaches, constant pain in my face and jaws, tension ask over due to this and had just given up on finding someone who could really help me. Then my dentist received a few flyers from Sanchez and Henry and my life has changed from all of that to hope in Dr Greg. He's very friendly, personable even funny at times. His staff is awesome as well.

Dr. Henry, Elvia, Kelly, and Karen and Shawna behind the desk have all been so wonderful to me. I’ve been coming to this dentist office for a little over 2 years and have never been disappointed. I can’t see myself ever going to another dentist after being with them! Dr. Henry is so kind and generous. He is very attentive to my jaw pain and has always worked hard to fix the problem. Thank you all so much for making it easy to come to the dentist!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Henry and Elvie! I went in a little nervous about getting my gums contoured to improve my smile, but Dr. Henry immediately put me at ease. He explained everything clearly, including the cost, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I had gotten a quote from my original dentist beforehand, and Dr. Henry ended up being much more affordable, which made my decision even easier. Before starting, he made sure I was completely numb, and Elvie gave me headphones which helped me relax so much. I was honestly calm the entire time. They were both so efficient and professional, and the procedure went by quickly. Afterward, they gave me very clear aftercare instructions, which I really appreciated. The results are amazing already...I’m so happy I did this. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient at Sanchez Dental Associates in Albuquerque for over 15 years, and unfortunately my recent experiences have been very disappointing. While the staff presents themselves as caring, my interactions have increasingly felt very financially driven. During nearly every visit, I’ve been strongly encouraged to undergo an expensive bite correction procedure quoted at around $25,000. It’s hard not to question the motivation behind this recommendation when there’s no effort to make it more accessible or discuss reasonable alternatives. What was most upsetting, however, was how I was treated during a difficult personal situation. I experienced a death in my family and had to travel unexpectedly. Around the same time, my credit card was stolen, which caused a missed payment. Despite my long history as a loyal patient, there was no understanding, flexibility, or even basic compassion shown. Instead, I was met with strict billing policies and interest charges, with no acknowledgment of the circumstances. The billing practices feel aggressive, and the overall experience has left me feeling like financial priorities outweigh patient care. After many years as a patient, this was extremely disappointing. I can no longer recommend this office based on my experience.

Best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had. Dr. Sanchez took so much time with me. He was so caring and genuine. And because he is so thorough, he was able to find things that no dentist has ever found. His deep understanding of jaw function, cranial alignment, myofascial and myofunctional work is truly exceptional. Rather than focusing only on teeth, Dr Sanchez and his team take a whole-body approach, carefully assessing how the jaw, muscles, cranial structures, posture, and nervous system all work together. The level of insight and attention to detail is remarkable. I felt genuinely seen and heard, and for the first time, the root causes of my symptoms were explained in a way that actually made sense. Also a big thank you to Leticia. She is wonderful and a HUGE help.
