Always a great experience. Very professional.
This dental office is AMAZING! Coming from someone who is terrified and gets super anxious from getting dental work done. Everyone from the front office staff, the back office assistants and all the doctors are very caring and understanding and calming. I would highly recommend everyone have a trial visit with them at least once. They make you feel heard and you will definitely be in great hands.
Everyone was kind and respectful really enjoyed my experience
Excellent service, very friendly staff, everything was very clean, and they were quick to serve. I highly recommend it!
⭐️ I had a very frustrating experience with billing and communication at this dental office. I was given a total price that included a recommended cleaning, I paid the full amount that was quoted to me the same day. After my treatment, I was repeatedly told I still owed $110 for the cleaning. I had multiple back-and-forth conversations confirming I had already paid, only for different staff members to come in one after another insisting I still owed the money. At one point I was told my account was fully paid, and then later asked again to pay the same amount. The price itself is not the issue — it was actually a fair price — but what felt unfair was being repeatedly told I needed to pay again for something I had already been charged for and paid in full. It felt like I was being double charged depending on who I spoke to. What made it more confusing is that during my previous visit, I was told everything was settled and I was good to go, and that I only needed to return for my permanent crown and cleaning. When I came back, they acted like there was no record of the cleaning being included and tried to treat it as something I was adding on at that moment. After all of this, I still received a bill in the mail for the same $110 despite being told previously that everything was resolved and paid. The lack of communication and consistency between staff and billing was extremely confusing and stressful. I would strongly recommend making sure treatment plans and payments are clearly documented and consistently communicated before patients are brought back in for follow-ups.
I was happy I chose Santa Ana Dental . The analysis of my condition of my teeth was not rushed . I could ask questions easily and answered clearly. The doctor and assistant were very kind and not rushed . For my procedure, both doctor and assistant asked me if I was comfortable and experiencing any pain .they addressed it immediately if I had discomfort. When presenting my options for treatment, they were not pushing . They were more concerned about my needs at the moment. I encouraged my wife to have her treatment done here . Thank you
I had to postpone my root canal due to my high risk pregnancy, after 8 months I was finally able to go back and Dr Nuygen was very understanding. I apologize for not being able to come in, and I was very nervous to come back in since the tooth ended up cracking more. She told me not to worry, the important thing was that I came back and getting the work done. She let me know in advance that since the tooth had a fracture, the whole tooth might need to come out, I told her that I understood and to do what had to be done. She ended up saving my tooth. She was very compassionate, and didn’t make me feel like I neglected my teeth. Most importantly she was very patient. With me and the assistant. I could tell that the assistant was new and she was taking him step by step on stuff he was stuck on. She would ask him if he knew what to do next and if he was stuck, she didn't seem frustrated or mad, but instead she walked him thru the process. Very appreciative of Dr. Nguyen
I usually criticize and only compliment those who truly deserve it. This place is genuinely amazing. Starting with the receptionist who answered my call, she was very understanding of my budget and my high quality expectations. She took the time to simplify everything and confidently explained the quality of the doctors and the work they provide, as well as how “reasonable” their rates are, by telling me that she totally understands my concerns. Unlike the other two places I called, where they immediately asked for my insurance information and pushed for an appointment without giving me any general guidance, this place was different. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. When I arrived, I was welcomed and called in for X rays, and I was pleasantly surprised to meet the same person I had spoken with on the phone. She recognized me and was very welcoming. After that, I was introduced to Sonia, the assistant or office manager, who did an amazing job explaining my coverage and advising me on what to do before and after seeing my doctor. I was surprised to learn that they truly have reasonable rates, and they genuinely wanted to make sure I could get as much treatment as possible within my budget: including implants, deep cleaning, braces, and more. The doctor was very kind, and I could tell she truly cares. She took her time, answered all my questions, and even asked me to share a little about myself, which I really appreciated the human touch, unlike most of the for profit businesses these days. Honestly, I never expected to find a place like this here in OC! I highly recommend them and will keep you all posted on my progress in the coming weeks and months.
I have severe dental anxiety. Dr. Cashman has been the absolute best. He helped me with my numerous dental issues and made the process as painless as possible. He’s funny and caring. He’s knowledgeable and gentle an all-around great guy. I usually avoid booking dental appointments due to my anxiety, but I don’t have that hesitation with Dr. Cashman. I’m so happy to have found a dentist I can trust. It’s a 30 min drive for me, but worth it.
