This was our first visit and from the time we walked in until we left it was amazing service! So hard to come by these days especially in healthcare. It smelled great the vibes were there. I didn’t have to deal with them not being able to find my daughter in their system even though she’s been there multiple times. My daughter came out from taking pictures and said “omg I love it here!” So. Yeah! Lol just great!

Edit: I love everyone in the office, was recommended to go thanks to a family member. I had to get braces on and they are more affordable then my dentist office gave me numbers for. 5/6/26 - Was given a call back by one of the team members seeing what they could do better for the office to earn a 5 star. They definitely helped in moving chairs for me to have someone else for future appointments. They sympathized with my financial ordeal after losing my job and reached out to see if there is anyway in the future they can help with that. I definitely appreciate all they do! :)

My children have been coming here for few years now. Hands down one of the best Ortho offices. I love how they encourage independence with older kids like my 13 (almost 14) year old. They are very quick to call you back (assuming that you arrived on time) they are very sweet with my 9 and 10 year old and very accommodating and understanding when it comes to split house holds and blended families. The Dr is very sweet! Very quick, very experienced. I think the only thing ID CHANGE: is training their staff to help families with special needs kids and developmental delays. The only bad experience I’ve had was when my toddler with developmental delays was having a meltdown and I was trying to follow the steps his OT, and Developmental Pediatrician advised me to do when he acts like that.. I had staff just looking annoyed, one was passively aggressively telling me I had to leave my 9 year old daughter alone and take my son away… which took my attention from helping my toddler calm down….it was not only embarrassing but I had to fight back tears…. THANKFULLY a more experienced and professional lady came up and her first words where “how can I help” it just made me feel seen and understood and sure enough she was very helpful.. she let me finish what the Occupational Therapist showed me and we redirected my toddler to the game area. If more staff where trained like her it would be 10/10

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for Rina, who has been helping manage my care since I started with Dr. Zinn. Rina is truly 10/10! Her energy and dedication make every visit a great experience - I always look forward to my follow-ups and catching up with the team ✨ She does an amazing job walking you through everything happening that day and consistently brings such a positive attitude, which I really appreciate. On top of that, she keeps appointments enjoyable with great conversation and plenty of laughs. Dr. Zinn is also the best orthodontist I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for exceptional ortho care. The team won’t disappoint you 🫶🏽✨ Also, thank you to Colleen and Cynthia for your hard work and positive attitudes as well, your guys work doesn’t go unnoticed either!

I’m a mom who ended up getting Invisalign after my kid went through braces here. I wanted to wait until I was totally done before leaving a review — and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The doctors and staff are super friendly and make everything easy to understand. The whole process felt pretty simple and stress-free. My case wasn’t too complicated, so I finished faster than I expected, and I’m honestly so much more confident with my smile now. Also really appreciated the family discount since my kid was in braces at the same time. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family!

I just finished treatment here and can confidently say you will not find better care anywhere else. I went to many consultations before coming across Doctor Saperstein and I just knew as soon as she started talking to me that she was the ortho for me. She is extremely knowledgeable, confident and amazing at what she does. She made me feel heard and seen and was consistent throughout the whole treatment. Adult braces can be intimidating but she truly gave me a confidence that has healed a part of my inner child. I am so thankful for Doctor Saperstein and her team and will forever recommend her to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment.
