Very friendly people Andreina Dulanto was very nice and friendly and very helpful. Her dental assistant she was very nice. I really enjoyed talking to them. Thank you very much for your kindness.

I was seeking a second opinion here and it all seemed fine and we had a plan for 2 cavity refillings Monday and a crown later on not for Monday. I got a call literally at 11:22am Friday before they closed at 12 for my appointment on Monday and I couldn’t answer because I was busy and they changed the whole appointment and moved it up until I consulted with a specialist for the crown without telling me. My appointment on monday was not the thing that needs a specialist. I am very uncomfortable with this situation.

I have written a review before, but I just feel like they deserve another 5 stars. Every single time I go get any type of work done, whether it’s just a routine cleaning or a filling, the doctors and the dental assistants are beyond caring. I feel so taken care of, they are so understanding and it is the best environment. I would name all the dental assistants by name but genuinely every one of them deserves a round of applause.

First time patient and they are super nice and exlplain what they’re doing and walk you through the steps they are going to take to maintain your teeth. The also let you know about costs upfront and it’s just overall a pleasant place!

Today during my cleaning, the hygienist noticed an area of sensitivity and followed up with the dentist. He brought me in right away, checked the issue, and adjusted a crown-which immediately solved the problem. I was so impressed that they caught a small issue I had been ignoring, and even more impressed that they fixed it on the spot without needing to schedule a separate appointment. Exceptional care and attention to detail!

I want to share my appreciation for the excellent cleaning I received at Schön Dental. The clinician demonstrated an impressive balance of thoroughness and a gentle touch, which made the experience stress-free. Beyond the cleaning itself, I appreciated the clear, informative explanations regarding my gum health and preventative care. It’s refreshing to work with a professional who is so dedicated to patient education. Thank you very much.

On top of being super professional and good at their jobs, I have never had (and my family I assume as well) an issue paying or any problems with insurance (for the best of my knowledge). I love this place. Everyone is very friendly and loves to chat. Even on the days I’m in a grumpy mood and don’t want to talk I end up finding the conversation and smiles are infectious. I don’t think I’ve ever left upset!
