All the staff are so professional, friendly and polite.

I don't need to publicly name the dentist who saw me yesterday, but if he is reading this, he needs to know that his condescending attitude was completely unacceptable. Scoffing at a patient and acting like it is 'obvious' that everyone has the time and luxury to see a hygienist every 3 months shows how out of touch he is with reality.I explicitly told him I have 4 young children. Here in the real world, many of us are just trying to survive day to day. When you are managing a large family, personal dental care is often the very last thing on your mind until it becomes an absolute emergency. That is the harsh reality of life right now for many parents. He needs to learn medical empathy and understand that patients deserve compassion and treatment, not judgment when they are already vulnerable and in severe pain. I rarely leave bad reviews but people need to wake up and stop tolerating this treatment as if it's normal. If I wanted to pay to get talked down to I'm sure I'd find a niche group on the Internet I could join. EDIT: apology accepted. Empathy is key - please bear this in mind going forwards. I have been going to Scott arms dental practice for around 3 years and I am happy with their services. Roni and Erin worked on my teeth cleaning today and I was very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend.

Today I was treated by dental hygienist Sameena and nurse Abbie , they both were absolutely fantastic! The best dental hygiene visit I have had. Commendable chair side manner and professionalism. Both make a wonderful team and a true asset to the practice. Will be recommending to all family and friends well done.

I had a crowned tooth that needed to be extracted. Despite attending several emergency appointments and explaining why I needed urgent treatment, the dentists I saw were unable to remove it. Thankfully, Dr. Gav Sidhu was absolutely fantastic. He extracted the tooth with exceptional skill, and the entire procedure was virtually painless. He was professional, reassuring, and made what had been a stressful experience much easier. Thank you so much, Dr. Gav Sidhu, for your excellent care. I truly appreciate everything you did and would highly recommend you to anyone needing dental treatment.

Had an emergency appointment which lead to a tooth extraction. I felt really nervous coming in due to dental anxiety but I felt reassured and comfortable the whole time. I was seen really quickly both times for the emergency and the tooth extraction. The tooth extraction was really quick and painless. I felt calm and relaxed the whole time. Dr Saghir was incredibly professional and I felt super in control of the procedure and was able to stop and get more anaesthesia if I needed. The cost was affordable and there were no hidden costs and the extraction was booked in less than a week after my emergency appointment so my pain was relieved a lot quicker than expected. I felt very involved in my treatment and didn’t feel judged at all. Wonderful dental surgery I recommend especially if you’re a nervous person or worried about being judged. Thankyou!

Had my Wisdom tooth extraction done today with Dr. Imran Syed and Adella, and they were both soo humble and sweet to me. Me being a nervous person, Dr Imran made sure that I knew what was happening and made me aware of the situation and procedure. Adella was very helpful and reassuring. I thank both of them, especially Dr. Imran for making this a non painful experience.
