I loved everyone in this office. Very friendly, very professional and takes care of you wonderfully! Dr Fattah explains and shows you how they can help correct issues in your mouth. I’m 66 and never knew I had tongue tie. Looking forward to my return visits!!

Dr. Fattah is fantastic, I am going for airway improvement as I’ve had sleep apnea for 8 years, Dr. Fattah not only encouraged me that CPAP just isn’t a hugely successful option, of which I am experiencing, but he said it has such a low percentage of effectiveness in patients but it is still the most typical form of treatment. He gave me a few temporary options to improve sleep and then 4 different forms of treatment that would improve my sleep apnea potentially for the rest of my life. Along with that ALL of the supporting medical staff is well informed in his practices, extremely professional and kind. High caliber practice that I would recommend even to my enemies… if I had any. I’m proud to say that Dr. Fattah is my airway specialist!!!

I had my semiannual appointment for teeth cleaning at Scottsdale Family Smile yesterday. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was/is spectacular when it comes to being thorough and yet gentle. And Dr Fattah is a wonderful dentist and man. I feel at ease in this dental practice. Prior to my wife and I becoming patients here, I was very squeamish whenever I sat in a dental chair. This staff use techniques that make even me feel very comfortable.

Never been a fan of the dentist or had good experiences at dental offices, until I came to Scottsdale family smiles. From start to finish, this office provides a five star experience. Everyone in the office is fantastic. Dr fattah has incredible knowledge, and bedside manner. You can tell he is extremely passionate about what he does, and how it relates to the body as a holistic unit. So thankful our family found Family Smiles!

First off, a bit of context. I am one of “those“ very nervous people at the dentist. I wish this were not the case, but it’s a fact, and it’s a bit of a hindrance to attending appointments. I had an extra level of anxiety upon moving to a new city and having to locate a dentist without a lot of friends to give me info. I had initially tried one, and it just didn’t feel right to me. The amount of work that was called in was… Excessive at best. Two of my best friends go to Scottsdale family smiles, and they both had excellent things to say about this practice. As soon as I called to book my appointment, I was greeted warmly and professionally, and I had a quick conversation with a kind woman on the phone that listened to my concerns, and booked me a consult. My first appointment was yesterday, and from the moment that I walked in, I knew I was in great hands. My anxiety about going to the dentist is definitely a 10 on a scale of one to 10, but after visiting this practice, I can absolutely say that I know I’m in the best hands. I trust the entire staff, I felt very safe being there, and this may not sound like much to the average person, but I would say that my anxiety about going to the dentist dropped down to seven out of 10. I have an appointment to get some work done that I’ve been putting off because I honestly didn’t feel good about the other place. I was going, and once that is done, I guarantee my anxiety will drop down to a four out of 10. If you’re not anxious about going to the dentist you won’t really understand the anxiety but unfortunately for some of us we just get quite nervous. Everyone was so , kind, gentle and very understanding. I’m the first to acknowledge that I’m not the most simple client to have practice… And I really appreciate the way that this practice did not make me feel like I was a bother, they made me feel welcome, respected, and most importantly safe. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Word of advice, if you’d like to visit here, just know there is an extremely long wait to get an appointment. I don’t look at this as a hindrance… It tells me that they are providing excellent service and value. And folks that visit here know that they found something very special. If you’d like to go to a dentist that you can trust, that’s going to do excellent work, and also treats you very well, this is for sure the very best practice.
