I had a great experience at serenity dental, and I truly mean GREAT ! If you’re looking for a dentist I couldn’t recommend this office more. I’m someone who tends to get anxious during my dental visits and I couldn’t thank the staff and doctor more for making me feel comfortable and heard. I’m absolutely recommending this office to all my friends and family:)💜!!!

I had some traumatic dental experiences growing up, so as an adult I always avoided the dentist unless something was very wrong. Since becoming a patient of Dr. Nair’s 3 years ago, I’ve been consistent with routine cleanings and perio maintenance and my dental health is better than ever. Dr. Nair is gentle, patient, reassuring, and above all she is remarkably kind. She takes plenty of time to understand any anxiety I have and to explain what she’s seeing during an exam, discuss treatment options, and collaborate on a treatment plan. Her staff are also exceptional, from the front desk to the hygienists - always warm, welcoming, and thorough. I will be a patient here for as long as I live in Austin!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Serenity Dental. Dr. Nair is everything you’d want in a dentist: polite, professional, honest, incredibly gentle, and refreshingly real. They’ve worked with my budget, my insurance, and my dental anxiety, all while correcting some not-so-great previous work. The quality of care is outstanding. Everything I’ve had done is seamless, precise, and genuinely beautiful. It’s clear this team cares deeply about both their patients and their craft. Every interaction I’ve had has been kind, helpful, and understanding, which has made such a difference in my overall experience. I also want to give a special shoutout to Bailey and Anastasia for helping me navigate insurance and create treatment plans that fit my budget and timeline, Esme for such gentle and comforting cleanings, and Yureli for talking me through my anxiety during a crown procedure and giving me a sense of control throughout. I’ve been to many dentists over the years, and this is by far the best provider I’ve had. I won’t be going anywhere else as long as Serenity Dental is around, and my partner is even becoming a patient now too!

What a great place, what a great experience. I really believe they want to make sure they can provide the best experience possible for every customer. Everybody that I met was incredibly kind and welcoming. While I recognize that I have not done my due diligence in taking care of my teeth, nobody made me feel judged by it. They were focused on what I am able to do today and what my plan can be moving forward. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, everybody was really kind and personable. During the cleaning and they made me feel very comfortable in checking in and making sure that I was doing okay comfort and pain/pressure wise. Will recommend to friends and family. I am looking forward to my next appointment and dental health journey!
